  You must set the original as legal size in either HP Scan or screenshot images.

  I understand that you have some problems with printing to your Windows 7 PC to your 7520 Photosmart e-all-in-one printer. I can help you with that.

  To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

  1. If the printer is connected to your PC via a USB cable, remove it.
  2. Close any programs you have open.
  3. Click on start and open devices and printers.
  4. Right-click on any icon of your printer listed.
  5. Click on remove the instrument.
  6. Repeat for all other icons of your printer listed.
  7. If you removed the USB cable, connect. If this is not the case, click on add printer and follow the prompts to add a new queue for your printer.

  I get a message that my printer needs paper when it is not. Supply works of the paper when printing directly from the printer, but not remotely. When do remotely, the printer works but no signal no matter what paper. Help!

  This looks like an out of paper message that you might see. Please use the following document to solve the problem and I would like to know the results of your efforts; An "Out of paper" message on the control panel and the all-in-one doesn't pick up paper.

  If you have a 7520 Photosmart all-in-one that doesn't seem to not want to print on color construction paper? I try to print my wedding invitation. they are a custom size of 19.7x13.9 cm., I tried to add the custom paper size by following the instructions on the other posts, but this has not worked. paper/output is missing from the advanced settings.

  help would be greatly appreciated because I alsways bought of HP printers, but if I have to buy a new one for that I won't buy HP I'm worried sick have the same problem.

  According to the specifications of the printer, it is not a supported paper size. The paper sizes supported for this printer are:

  I'm sorry not to come back earlier.  I stumbled across a work around for this problem.  Use a different print driver for the printer.  I'll link the instructions below.  Again, sorry I don't come back with the workaround as soon as possible.

  We connected our HP Photosmart C309A AllinOne printer on a wireless network to our Mac computer running Mac OS 10.7.5. Almost whenever we try to print from any propgram he respnds with the following error message:

  Paper size error: paper selected in the printer driver does not match the paper size in the printer input tray.

  I have reset the size of the paper to the printer to letter 8.5 x 11, updated all the software of the computer and checked all the preferences.

  What should I do next?  The printer worked fine with 10.6.

  I suggest to reset the printing of your Mac system. Then readd the printer printing & scanning and test again to print.

  The right driver is not designed to accept custom paper sizes.  You can have the printer to use another driver that supports them well.  I will link to a post with the steps to assign another driver print below.  I hope this helps.

  Help, please. Photosmart new 6520. Put everything in place and connected. Large prints of the Ipad or Iphone.   Hi @davemc1708 , I understand you are having problems printing on paper photo 4 x 6. I can help you.

  Windows Photo Gallery, click on print, select the name of the printer, the size of the paper, quality, paper type.

  Click the Options link, properties of the printer, paper/quality, click on the Advanced button and make sure the paper size is selected to 4 x 6. You will have only the only option on the right side of the page for pictures full screen.

  If you're still having problems, double click on the image to open automatically in the photo viewer, and try to print from there.

  You can also try to print the photo of the painting. Just to rule out a software problem.
