  At one point, I don't have Air Print showing next to the printer in system preferences. Printer and scanner works well, but I was told by someone on this forum who Air Print should not see. How can I remove Air Print. I have a Macbook Pro Maverick 10.9.4. HP Scan version 4.1.1.   Printer has stopped printing when envoys of the computer – word, excel, etc. The display shows "not to communicate with printer." All tests show no problems. Printer ran the results of tests of network and the Network Configuration Page. Ran computer reports diagnostic quality and State of the printer. Closed and restarted equipment several times. Laptop prints many 50 ft away.

  All of a sudden a network did print this AM uninvited to print. Print job from network checked and found after unplugging the USB cable. Don't know why, but thank you for trying to help.

• New driver for Mac 6.0.37 CUDA: safe for the Pr CC?

  As some of you learned the hard way, the CUDA driver 5.5.47 version was a no-go for first.  Now, the nVidia site has version 6.0.37 available (which I assume is a compatible upgrade Mavericks 10.9.x.  I am still on 10.8.5).

  Someone tried with Pr and find it an advantage over 5.5.28, the last compatible version?

  Why do not restore you your operating system to a solid construction known as 10.8.5?  You ask just for the difficulty in working on the beta software.

  I understand your new Photosmart 7520 does not recognize the cyan cartridge, and I want to clarify my suggestions for you!

  I recommend you first try troubleshooting steps to see if you can get the printer to see the cartridge.

  Thank you, Sean. It has not solved the problem. Instead, I got to know that this will work with the 'HP Deskjet 6980 series' pilot and his summer work after I chose that one through the configuration of the local printer.

  You are the very welcome.

  Why not download the software on another PC and burn it to a CD and then use the CD you burned to install the software?

  Or you can copy the file to a USB flash drive and install it on the PC using the USB key if the PC has a USB port.

  I just bought a new mac with snow leopard and incapable of having the C6188 HP photosmart all in one analysis images on mac.

  I made the mistake of installing the original software which is come with the printer, and then discovered that it does not get. So I uninstalled the software and performed an update to the Apple software.

  I tried according to your publications/announcement about the leopard snow, preferably using system preferences and applications of image capture.  I can print all right, but unable to scan images on mac.  I get the error message is ' year error occurred while communicating with the scanner.  It's the same message that I get from all three applications (preferably, preferences system and capture image).

  I'm glad it's working for you now.  Multiple page in one file is a driver problem.  Sorry, you will need to wait for an update.

  In the meantime, it is very easy to combine pages in a file (pdf) with preview.

  Hello everyone.

  I am a happy user of HP Photosmart all-in-one printer and for many years never had a problem.  I always bought new 862 cartridges and it worked fine.  Recently, a friend brought me to Singapore two new series of cartridges, but the owner of the store said this is the new higher capacity cartridges.  I said why not?  Even better, in fact since the printer is a guzzler of ink!

  This is, because I tried to install these new cartridges, I always get the message "Incompatible cartridge" after what, I can't not access the printer.

  Can someone help me solve this problem?  The cartridges are exactly the same, so I suspect its something to do with the chip?  I tried all possible methods such as the re-installation of the cartridges, remove the carriage and re-setup, cleaning the cartridge chip, etc.

  Since I'm brought this printer back from China to Europe, I really need to solve this problem otherwise I'm stuck without a printer.  These cartridges are not available locally.

  I would be grateful any advice!  Thank you.

  Your printer can use cartridges of 864. Unless you call HP and have them reset the printer to your new country, you live. Only then these cartridges can be used if you can find them on the spot. Call HP.

• Failed to get printer hp psc 2410 photosmart all-in-one to print in color

  I have a hp PSC 2410 photosmart all-in-one printer. I use it on a system windows xp, 32 bit.

  I went to make a copy in color on the printer and it gave an error on the black cartridge by saying that she does not recognize.  Had not changed or replaced the cartridges they were half full.  I tried to go out and reinsert the cartridge, but it did not work.

  I replaced it with a new one.  Error disappeared, but it now only prints in black and prints any color at all.

  Replaced the (full) cartridges with new ones, aligned and clean the printer started it twice, without change.

  Close the pritnter and computer, did it again, same results.

  Uninstalled and installed printer and software, same result.

  What could have happened?  Behaves as if it doesn't have a color cartridge.

Stay with him and he will lead you to how to clean contacts and how to read the diagnostic report, once it prints.  I think that some steps are buried, so here a link to assess the self-test.   Hi again,

  If it doesn't appear on your printer and not on your PC, right?  My bad... I'm in the driver settings.  Try holding down the symbol # and 3 at the same time on your printer.  This should reset the printer.  If this does not work then press the symbol # and 6 at the same time.

  Or

  To restore the default settings

  1.

  Press Setup.

  2.

  Press to select Tools, and then press OK.

  3.

  Press to select Restore Factory Defaults, then press OK.

  The default settings are restored.
