  Hi, I have a photosmart B110A and black stopped printing.  Was working fine before this problem.

  A lot of ink but I have replace the cartridge with a new one and same problem.  A ran all alignment head cleaning tests, etc. Reinstall the cartridge.  Clean the vent on the top of the cartridge.  Powered on.  Still nothing.

  Is there a solution to this problem?

  Thank you very much, this seems to have solved the problem.  Although I have consumed a lot of ink there are now no remains in the cartridges that I will need to replace before I can be 100%

• HP Photosmart C4180 printer and HP Solution Center

  Bought new HP 3500 Pro tour MT series to replace the old tower HP Windows XP.  To use the HP Photosmart C4180 printer that I used with the old tower and have available HP solutions Center.   Data has been transferred from the old disk to the new HP Tower.  Then, I downloaded the printer driver and connected using the USB cable.  The printer will now print and scan but I can't find the HP Solution Center software that I used previously during scanning and photo editing.  I do not remember if I made a basic or complete installation install the driver.  If I do a basic installation and is not software for Solution Center, should I uninstall and reinstall the drivers for this function to work?  Would appreciate a step by step help to solve this problem.  Thank you very much.

  It's very strange that you do not see your printer listed in the list of programs (non - it would not be the framework of Solutions from HP Support).  This leads me to believe that your printer is not actually installed.  If that were the case, you should see something like this (note that I have more printers installed as a regular user )

  

  So you do not see your HP Photosmart C4180 listed here, then I would go and try to install the full driver.  The instructions in my previous post would be the same, but since you have Windows 7, it would be the right document to guide you through the steps.

  Given that this problem occurred after the upgrade to Windows 10 I think your best option would be to uninstall the printer driver and reinstall Windows 10 drivers for the printer. You can download Windows 10 drivers for this printer by going to HP support at www.support.hp.com site - then enter your product information IE HP Photosmart B110a... change the Windows 10 operating system, download the driver and install it. • Photosmart B110a does not print another property

  I replaced the cartridges of color with authentic products on my Photosmart B110a.  Until then it worked perfectly.  Now it prints shocking images of color in pastels.  Does not print black which is 3/4 full.  I use a Mac.  I powered by printing, computer, uninstalled and reinstalled and still no luck.

  Test pages print works and the colors appear.  I cleaned the print heads.  I have re-aligned heads too.  Help, please!

  I had hoped to add 8600 Solution Center as an HP upgrade / download link in the menu Wizard printer you mention using the icon, re - set the default printer for the "8600 Fax.

  He also changed the list of this menu screen to be only four: HP printer Asst (but does nothing when a click), Set Prefs, see what printing and the printer to customize.

  Previous menu, as you no doubt refers, had several printer features that included all submenu links functions, I used (including to scan a doc, preferences, etc.).  Frustrating...

  After uninstalling and reinstalling, tweaking, etc, I always have this quick menu by clicking on the icon of tune.  I have tried different methods of scanning as the right click on the printer in Control Panel devices, but the scanning from which lead to a horrible list of basic functions, a confusing list of formats, etc.

  Finally, I did a scan in the screen menu of the printer who made a point "scan" in the Start Menu, I right click it to pin that on the Start Menu, then created a new shortcut on the desktop with the path to him... and now the icon / printer works to get the menu scanning.  Phew!

  About the loss of the Solution Center is regrettable.  Very handy tool to do the various tasks and the refinements of a scanned document that do not exist in the limited functions / buttons on the 8600 scan menu results.

  At the same time and while I'm... To the laserjet subject large workhorse of HP LJet 1320, several other positions and all forums have problems loss of functionality after passage from XP to Win7.  I finally got all but one device works (PCL6/5th, printing on both sides, etc.), but the pilot is only 600 dpi quality close to the project, instead of the prior 1200 dpi (especially good for forms, thin fonts, etc..).  Which is just a discharge on the technology and support for the products that brought me as a customer to use HP in the first place.

• Two HP Photosmart B110A printers but just a watch onscreen HP Solutions

  I have two printers Photosmart B110A in different places. Does not show that I just installed on the screen on my laptop (Windows 7) HP solutions Center.  All I can see is the former.  Any ideas? The printer is connected to the network and installed on the laptop.  I have NOT reinstalled the software (i.e., I did insert the CD supplied with the newest printer) fear that it overwrites the original and I lose the connection with the first.

  Any ideas? The screen of the HP Solution Center can handle two identical printers?

  Thanks ciccarelli - all sorted now.  A little research showed me that the screen of HP solutions will indeed two or more printers that appear as tabs on the left.  I loaded the CD that came with the new printer and my fears of crushing the first were unfounded.  I now have a tab for each printer on the screen of HP solutions.  Well done HP and thank you once again, ciccarelli.
