• Cannot use our new HP Photosmart B210e printer wireless with HP ePrint server.

  I can't comment on the ePrintCenter (maybe it's temporarily down?) but I know that your printer is capable of printing from an iPhone or an iPad... your smartphone you happens to be an iPhone 3GS or 4? If so, you can use the last iOS4.2 that supports AirPrint and print directly to your printer. As long as your iPhone and your printer are both connected to the same network, that is.   I use the printer above and it worked perfectly on a BT Home Hub 2-57GM. I recently added a Time Capsule from Apple in the network and now use it as my default around the home wifi even if it is connected by a cable to the BT Home Hub. I operate two apples two OS x 10.6.8

  I ran a report on the printer problems and the only 'FAIL', it's that the printer settings were not consistent with the settings of the wireless router. If I change my wifi on the home hub original only it still comes back with the same error message.

  Any ideas as to what I should do?

  Make sure all your devices are connected to a router, probably the time Capsule.  The BT home hub will give probably different IP addresses that the router from Apple.  The BT Home Hub will probably give 192.168.X.X.  Apple will probably give 10.0.X.X.

  If the B209a has the wrong IP, reinstall it, connect to the router from Apple.  Make sure that the wireless BT is disabled (recommended) or has a different network name.

  I'll give you my specs first:

  HP Windows 7 64 bit hard PC connected to the security of WPA-PSK/w N + Router Belkin Wireless.  The printer is connected to the network wireless about 15 feet from the router.

  I have problems with my Photosmart B210e stay connected to my computer.  The only way I can get my computer to see my printer is to restart the printer.  After the printer starts I can print from my computer for about 10 minutes.  After that the computer can no longer maintain a connection with the printer.  According to the screen on the printer, I'm always connected to the network, but when I try to print I always get an error to the effect of the computer cannot establish a connection with the printer.  I have to restart the printer if I want to print again.  I don't have another computer to install the printer, but I can send an e-mail to my printer from my phone which will print when my computer does not see my printer.

  Routers Belkin have had some problems with HP printers.  Make sure your Belkin has the latest firmware.  Use the Belkin CD to do this.

  From your description, it sounds like a complete reset may be necessary. I don't know how it got locked, but the easiest way is a factory reset.

  There are a growing number of messages in this forum and elsewhere in the internet with the steps to do a reset on different printers.  Reset to will sometimes fix problems, so resetting is not the issue.

  A few resets require you to enter key combinations to open special menus on your printer that you were supposed to never access.  These special menus are used by developers and staff support for debugging of problems, but they are not intended for inexperienced users and can have unexpected results.  A wrong button push and you might no longer have a printer, but rather an expensive paper weight.  On top of that, if you happen to the 'brick' the printer in this way, it is considered as customer induced damage and voids the warranty automatically. These resets are only intended to be distributed and used as a last resort and under the direct instruction of a representative of the HP technical support. They should not be made lightly!

  The error you are getting is probably due to the print head because looks like you already have a diagnosis of other questions, you met with her, at least that's what I think since you mentioned that it will replace.
