Photosmart C309n: Photosmart C309n TouchSmart Web all-in-one printer MAC OS
I recently bought an IMac... I can no longer print both sides of the paper. I use it a lot and it is dri ving me crazy. Is there a driver or something I need to fix this. I don't know if there are other problems with MAC OS, but this one, I need fixed.

I see that you are having problems printing double faces. There is currently no HP software for this printer available to 10.10, so the printer runs the print driver based Apple. The absence of two sided occurs in the Apple driver.

New user on that and I would be grateful for all the help I can get. I recently bought for the 6510 HP Photosmart e-all-in-one printer B211a to use with my Ipad 2. I've set up correctly, or so I think, I can print and copy, but I can not seem to be able to analyze anything send it to the Ipad 2. It says 'none found computer. ' I do not use the software to install and configure it up to the Ipad 2. How can I make the printer identify my Ipad 2, so I can scan? Help, please! Thanks in advance.
The front of the product allow you to scan to computers with the complete software installed only, such a feature not planned mobile operating systems.
To scan from iOS, you can use the HP ePrint home & Biz, on the App Store application available.
Then you can analyze by launching the application analysis.

I bought this printer a few months ago and he has not really used. Before the problem happened, never nothing changed. Suddenly, it was question to correctly print the colored pages. The ink gauge is an estimate and is not accurate. I recommend that you replace all cartridges with new HP brand ink cartridges and run the cleanup once utility cartridge. If the print quality is not good, try to run the utility up to 2 times more. The utility can help the ink flowing through the new cartridges. Let me know how it goes.

In the ENVY of HP printer 4500 e-all-in-one support page for scanning with a full feature driver installed. Under "how to scan an original of several page into one file for HP Scan version 4.0 of the software. Everything is okay until after I scanned the documents and click on 'Done '. (Step 6) & click send , click the folder , name your file, and then save the file on the computer. (Step # 7)
Is where I'm going wrong. I can't find the Format drop-down to complete steps 8 and 9.
- Click the dropdown Format menu, select the content , and then check the box to Save all items in a single file .
- Click Save .

Please make sure that you select PDF or searchable PDF as the Format. You should then find a box to check the 'combined in one document.
The printer gives a not useful message. It says "Printer Error" and I have to restart the printer. Blinking text and all the four icons on the sides.
Does anyone know this problem also?

I returned the printer shop ro. They tested the printer and found no errors.
I talked to a technical guy in the shop and he told me that my wifi router was the problem. I had to download the utility "inssider". as utility showed me that the channel of my router was on was very busy. I changed the channel on my router to a different channel and everything is fine after that.
I hope I helped other people with this solution.

Sorry you are having this problem with cartridges installation. Yes, you will need for modules installation so that the printer to go forward.

I have a Photosmart HP 5510 e-All-in-one printer and after replacement of a black cartridge empty with a new, the printer will print is darker. I tried all the solutions on HP Support forum.
I have inserted a new black HP (not a photo black) cartridge, provided it was properly ventilated and put, ran the print head, smear routines and the alignment of ink. I printed the status report (funny because he's white with the exception of a few areas of color). I printed the report quality - the colors were there but not black. I even restored it to factory defaults.
My WIN7 laptop has the latest HP drivers and wireless printer is turned on and connected, so I guess he can receive firmware updates.
It becomes even more strange that if I print from a printer (that is, the crossword) embedded applications it print a grey color with muted where (probably), it would be black.

Recently, my B209a Photosmart is not printing black ink, so I bought a Photosmart 7502 refurbished e-all-in-one printer.
1st problem: printing photos the size I want...
When you type "Print-p", the menu that appears asking me to specify a layout (for example, custom, Best Fit, scale, etc.). When I choose "Custom" and specify the width and height I want, I can go in "Printer", then "Configuration", even if I match the width and height under paper and the Source size, it errors out and does not print because sizes do not match.
2nd problem: when you print 'NOTHING' (letter or photo), there is not nearly enough printing preferences that I have with my B209a. With the B209a printer, I was able to customize almost every preference printing I wanted, including setting up my own (which was "printing black-fast"). I get none of these choices with this printer. Just about the only choices I get a 'paper source', 'paper size' and 'direction '. I don't even have the choice "quick print", which was supposed to use less ink.
I am 'really' disappointed by this 7502e.
All of my fault. For some reason, I took the photo paper I had in the machine has been of 3.5 x 5.
It has been 4 x 6.
I wa contacted by a representative from HP who told me I called a support agent.
Once Mario's HP took over my machine and these changes, the pictures are exactly the way they were supposed to.
Initially, I was not only very surprised to get a solution to the problems that I had, but to be sent by electronic mail and then called by a support agent to fix, just a few days. And to be informed that if the problems were not fixed, I replaced printer.
This was among the best support I have ever received from 'none' company.

I have several computers. Everything works fine with the printer in the Windows environment. I have an iPad and a MACbook PRO with Maverick 10.9.4. The pictures are terrible when I print with one of these devices. It looks almost like a negative image. I checked for the drivers updated, etc. for the Mac. The ink is HP and levels are good. It works fine with my PC computers, but not my Apple devices. I checked the preverences of the APPLE system. It does seem that the photographs. Text prints very well. Any suggestions?

I suggest to remove the printer from your printing system, using this document: uninstalling the software of the printer.
Once you have deleted, I suggest to check and repair disk permissions: function to fix the permissions of all utility disk drive.
I also run your Apple updates: OS x: Mac App Store apps and OS X update.
After the updates, I recommend reinstalling the Photosmart HP 7520 e-all-in-one printer drivers.

I have a new HP Photosmart 7520 e-all-in-one printer just out the box. I removed the tape and cartridge access door does not open more than 40 degrees. The figure represents about 80 degrees. I'm afraid to force it. I can't put new cartridges in the printer. Very frustrated trying to get help. It doesn't seem to be a phone number or Web site for direct assistance. HP has really gone down hill. Help!
Mine is about 45 degrees, sufficient space to install the ink cartridges.

I'm sorry to hear that you have linking problems with your Photosmart B110 printer.
I've included a link to HP Wireless Printing Center Troubleshooting web page. In the section entitled "your printer was working on the network before and now is not" there are clear instructions to follow when your router has been changed or updated. If you follow the instructions you should be able to communicate with your printer.

I'm about to pull out my hair!My HP Photosmart C4150 all-in-One printer/scanner/copier will SCANNER is no longer. 2. are you connected to a domain?
3. have you downloaded the correct driver version?
I would recommend that you download the correct driver (Vista 64-bit) from this link and check if that helps.

In the United Kingdom, the cartridges would be 364 series. You can order black, cyan, magenta, yellow or pack combo with three cartridges. The cartridge photo and four packs of color with the photo cartridge are not applicable for your printer.
You can also use the XL 364 cartridges, they have more ink at a higher price, but at a lower cost per page.
