The really weird thing is that if you replace the complete new cartridge with the old, virtually empty, the message disappears, where the reason why I thought that the problem was a faulty cartridge.  I can't have two defective cartridges so what to do now?

  I suggest that you download and install OpenOffice.  It is FREE and is open to all documents created in MS Office.  If it doesn't, at least it costs you nothing to try.

  2 delete places.sqlite and places.sqlite - journal
