  I have an Officejet J5750 All In One printer connected to a PC HP Pavilion P7. Used as a scanner for several years now.

  About four months ago, I've upgraded to Windows 10. Scan continued to work. Last week, suddenly, the center of Solution software doesn't work. Click and get nothing.

  I downloaded the software current Win10 OJJ5700_Full_Win_WW_140_404-4, uninstalled and reinstalled twice.

  I have not ran the Support Assistant - no solution. I ran the HP print and Scan doctor and scan test worked as expected. But the center of still will not work.

  The center of Solution called Hpqdirec.exe, so I ran it directly, as an administrator and Win7 compatibility. Nothing.

  I have not installed new software. Of course, I get frequent updates of Windows 10, but I can't untangle this Pandora's box.

  The software Windows Fax and Scan is more primitive and will not create a PDF file.

  I found a scanning module - hpiscnapp.exe and it works OK, although it does not resemble the digitization Solution Center screen. But it is a workaround, does not save the default values and has the functions as a sheet feeder. Restore rather the Solution Center. But I'm out of ideas.

  I have a HP Officejet 4500 all in one printer, copier, scanner, fax machine.  When I first added the printer to my HP touch computer, everything was fine.  After that I have upgraded to Windows 10, things are complicated.  I used the HP Solution Center software for my scanner.  It worked yesterday, but does not work today.  I uninstalled the software and reinstalled, but now the scanner part does not appear in my devices and Solution Center still does not work.  I can scan from the buttons on the front of the machine, but I don't get the opportunity to change it before the scan is saved.  More embarrassing, and I hope that I don't have to buy a printer that is compatible Windows 10.  No simple solution out there?  I saw some other suggestions for similar problems, and they require a list of steps that I'm not comfortable trying on my own.

  Found the solution.  See that the other thread on this forum titled "Center of Solution does not work since the upgrade to Windows 10.  You should go to Windows Update and uninstall the security update 29/12/15, Microsoft pushed the 29/12.  Solution Center and then charge again.

  Drivers for HP PSC 2355 all-in-one printer are already included in the Windows 7 operating system. You don't need to download the drivers to use the product. Simply connect the printer to your computer with a USB cable, and Windows Update automatically installs the driver for your product.

  With the - OS driver, some of the buttons on the product do not work, and some of the advanced features of these products are not available as the Solution Center software.

  You can always scan, use one of the following methods to scan a document.

  I have a desktop HP Pavilion p6-2102edm.

  Windows 7 x 64 Home Premium

  Around 0:05 AM GMT, errors have occurred. HP Solution Center asked to restart the computer. It was the first time, right now, I thought that's probably maintenance, so I restarted my computer and he returned once again, without ever showing the icon Solution Center HP on my taskbar, just a notification bar to come, needing a reboot.   I recommend you to download the latest version of the HP Support Assistant software on this site:

  http://www.hp.com/go/hpsupportassistant.

  Then, uninstall the Add/Remove programs function HPSA and install the latest application that already download you it from the link above.

  I had a bug where my system kept looking up SolutionCenter.msi in a loop. I had to uninstall my printer completely software to fix it. After the relocation, the Solution Center is completely missing. I lost the CD and downloaded the software from this link:

  I read in several post here the full version of the included software the Solution Center, but it was not for me.

  Looking for a SolutionCenter.msi did not, which is worrying, because I found it by browsing to it. The right-click install generated an error message. I tried then right click, repair, that solved the problem. I have to admit, the whole process was a giant pain in the ass and took me 4 days to solve. Thanks for the help.

  After the upgrade to Windows 10, I wasn't able to scan documents to the PC.  I had received an error that the device has been used by another machine.  After research, it seemed that reinstalling the software would solve the issue.  After removing and try to reinstall, it says she is successful, but the software is never loaded.  Just, it runs for a minute or two and said full.  Need help with the solution center software reinstalled.  Thank you

  If you previously had rock, I suspect you had a printer in the past offered by the OCR software. The c4780 has no OCR outside the full feature software and drivers that moved.

  I suggest you download and install the software for the wireless, I can't guarantee that the OCR software so that it will work correctly with your printer, but we can try Officejet 8500.

  Here's another post written by @MissTeriLynn which validates my suspicion and already has the link to the software for the 8500.  Option no. OCR in the center of the HP Solutions.

  You can find the drivers for your product by visiting this site. Once there, enter your product number and click on 'Go '. You can select your product on the next screen, using the drop down '+', on the right. On your product support page, you can select the software and drivers, and then click the 'Go', i.e. the Option 2. • How is - a defeat the resistance "the center of solutions" lift?

  I bought my computer with Windows 7 loaded.  At the same time, I purchsed a Photosmart Premium C310a printer and have been using them on a wireless network.  Everything was wonderful, everything works so far!  For some reason, my Solution Center will not come to the top and I have a problem of bizaar signature.  When I approach my pc for the first time, to sit down and enter my user name and password, the PC always telling me I entered the information too often and no matter what I do (YES, EVEN entering the IMAGE PERFECTLY) entry is decllned with an error message.  Help, please.

  Win 7, 64 bit, Intel Dual Core

  Error at startup of the solution center 'Solution Center cannot work because your installation is not complete.  "Please plug in USB (I am running wireless) or restart the installation of the CD.

  Both software & printer worked very well for a long time.  To reinstall the software (yet) as 8500 disappeared from ground Ctr.  Removed all HP using HP uninstall disk, and then click Add/Remove programs.  Restarted the modem and printer.  Install and the latest version of the downloaded software went well.  8500 wireless recognized installation is complete, test page print wireless.  At the exit did not restart. Tried to ground Ctr and above got the error at startup.  I rebooted.  The same problem.  Then, I removed all and tried again with the same result.  HP printers are great - the software I used (in addition to time & different HP printers) makes me absolutely crazy!

  Hey Sherich - Id suggest giving the utility Install of Windows 7 to try first and then the doctor of printing & scanning HP. They can be found here: Hp Diagnostic utility's

  Crazy question: How can I prevent the solution Center popping up when someone sends a job to print wirelessly from another computer?

  Indeed, it appears to most solutions times. My computer is connected by USB cable, 3 others can send print jobs via the wireless.  Suddenly someone of another print job force the Solution Center to appear on my screen and interrupts my work.

  I'm looking for a way to prevent pop up unless I'm out of a job my machine.

  • If you share the printer on your network, you should consider turning off the sharing feature.

  I'm not at all sure that this would cause the issue you see, but it could be a side effect of something that is kicking the alerts of ink on one job other than the one you issue your system.

  Shows how to use Windows 8.1

  Control Panel > display icon > Network and Sharing Center >

  Advanced sharing settings >file and printer sharing

  NOTE that it is ONLY for sharing printers, and as I am aware, would not result in what you see.

  Next:

  Control Panel > display icon > devices and printers > right click on your printer > Properties >

  Sharing > Edit the sharing Options > uncheck the share this printer

  As a sidebar to what above:

  • Each computer must its own copy of the complete functionality for its operating system software.

  General instructions to install the printer software

  ·         Create a Restore Point: create a restore - Win7 Point OR create a restore point Win8

  ·         Open drivers HP & downloads

  ·         Enter your printer model information

  ·         Select your printer in the list of the 'results '.

  OR

  ·         Open printer HP OfficeJet 6500 Series

  ·         Enter your operating system from the menu drop-down

  ·         Click NEXT and scroll down

  ·         Find the category driver - software product installation

  ·         Select the base driver, e-print, or a full features software

  ·         Save the *.exe installation package (s) on your computer

  The files will probably save in the "folder"downloads. "

  If it is available, you can download print and scan doctor and / or other programs of the category-utilities

  TIP:

  Install the utilities / tools first. bit installation packages are smaller in size

  ·         If you have control of "Admin", you can highlight the package and "double-click" to install it, otherwise just right-click, select run as administrator and install.

  ·         Connection USB: download and install the driver software before connecting a USB cable.

  Method 1:
