  I've implemented several HP airprint compatible printers before, and none of them had problems printing from Apple devices.  This, however, does not appear on any device.  2 iPhone and an iPad.  ePrint works, even if it's not super well and obviously isn't a replacement for airprint which can print almost anything on the iPhone.  ePrint to print only the text and I guess the pictures... I can't print a web page, for example, or a document in a program third.  Then, as to say ePrint is not capable.

  HP lists the 'series' as compatible Airprint 7520.  There is nothing special about this network wifi - WPA encryption, all devices are on it, of course.  Printer works normally otherwise.  Any suggestions for what I can try to get this thing working?  Or simply return?

  I had found information several months ago on how to remove and clean the print head, but I can't find it now.  I replaced the Photosmart C6380 with a 6515 Photosmart because when the 6380 stopped working I had to buy a large amount of ink and the 6515 used the same ink cartridge #.  However, the 6515 will not accept the cartridges with the error message they are an older generation.  I think that if the cartrides were not compatible, a number of different cartridge should be used.  So now, I want to try to solve the problem with the C6380 printhead, so I don't have to trash my entire ink supply.

  Please note that soaking the print head should only be performed on the print heads that are out of warranty.   There must be a way to make this work, and I would be very happy if someone could help me find a workaround that I can use with my network until this printer is supported, if ever.

  If you are looking for solutions RT, I want you to know that I found one that works for my printer.  I saw a post in another thread, which suggests one of the generic class drivers.  I tried the Photosmart PCL3 class driver and it worked for my printer, Photosmart C6380.  I don't know how it works, but so far he has been able to print from Word and IE.

  Last week, I tried everything, including the establishment of Dropbox and IFTTT accounts with the script Eprint.vbs on my Win XP and Win 8 workstations, nothing helps.  I tried to save files in shared folders on the network.  I tried so many things and was about to call it quits when I decided to look for other threads.

  If you have an HP printer that is "not compatible" run Win RT, I strongly recommend you try class of HP drivers.  I don't know which ones are suitable for models.  I got lucky.  I hope over time, this information will be available on the HP site or other web forums.  Good luck, anyone who stumbles across this post and I thank you for hosting this show of support, HP!

My current HP printer is a HP Photosmart C6380 All In One.  The printer does not work, but the photo and analysis part icons no longer appear which were on my front desk. I tried to download the entire program which said would update my printer, but after 6 tries to one hour each, at the end he just said my download has been cancelled. Is there a chance that my printer will be supported by Windows 8 and how do I do that if I can't download.  Or am I stuck buying a new printer? Thank you
