  It is a t HPE-510.  I use Windows 7 SP1 64 bit.  I have both a Deskjet 3050 all in one and an aattached Laserjet P1006.

  I found a strange program, MrvlUsgTrackingOAR Windows Installer msi Package in Control Panel / programs and features.   Its location is administered by C:\hp_P1000_P1500_Full_Solution. I don't see this when I look in C/Program Files / HP Laserjet P1000_P1500.

  In fact three versions of this thing are at this place.

  I looked everywhere on the internet and a lot of people have asked about it, but nobody seemed to know anything.

  Rich, looks like you have questions about some of the program files.

  What I discovered, these seem to be the programs embedded in our software. They are software additional, optional, who belongs to the user to determine if they want that or not installed. If the software is not installed it remains hidden makes generally unfathomable. Just like when you install some software and there are optional modules that you can allow (usually as new bars for your web browser), and I think a few years ago, that HP had an add-on search bar Yahoo in our software.

  Having these on your computer should exhaust your resources or no problem for your computer daily and they absorb a very small amount of space.

  So, you can use the Installation Wizard of HP printer if your using Windows 7, 8 or 8.1.

  If you have any of the above operating systems, connect the printer to your PC via the USB port or connect it to your network.

  Specify that you are trying to scan a document Hp Officejet Pro L7380 to your Vista machine.  It has only a single computer attached, or is it a printer networked with other computers?

  It might be possible with just the base drivers, for other software, such as your Photo editing programs, including painting, for import documents or images from the scanner.  Windows Fax and Scan can be able to do.  When you go in such programs are there options scan and they see your scanner?  If this is not the case, try the full download.

  If you want to of HP to make scanning programs, you may need the-base drivers and software (larger download).
