Photosmart Premium Fax c309 Series all in one printer Wireless Radio does not work
Some time before, the radio on my Photosmart Premium Fax c309 series wireless all in one printer stops working.
With a wireless network test:
Wireless is on (but light indication only is not lit)
wireless network card has failed
"The wireless radio does not work. Contact Hp support.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I bought a MAC Mini 10.8.4 Mountain Lion and the part of the digitization of all in a 6100 does not, receive a msg scanner is not initialized, not found. As a former model, scanning is no longer supported for your device since Mac OS X v10.5 as you can find indicated at the bottom of the document below, goes the same for any new OS X version:
Although there are print drivers only there are third-party solution that can allow you to scan with the unit, such as VueScan seems to support your printer and compatible with the Mountain Lion (although only Officejet 6105 is registered, I would assume the 6100 series should work):

We will reset the printer. Turn the power off, hold it # and 6 keys all on again. Go to Configuration > network > wireless network Test later to see if it worked.
My newtowrk is running. I recently had to erase hard drive and reload. My wireless hp photosmart C7280 all-in-one does not work.

Reset the printer. Turn off the power, then hold # and 6 keys while and a few seconds after turning it on.
I bought a new computer with Windows 7.
Since then, I've lost the scan function of the printer all-in-one HP Officejet J4550 that worked fine so far in XP.
I tried ALL the solutions proposed on the HP Web page without success.
No idea how to solve this problem?
The print function still works. Only scans from the glass or the charger no longer works.

When I print a black and white document, only a few impressions, but it's very light. No words will print at all. I callibrated, cleaned print heads, went out and reinstalled the dell ink cartridges. I don't know what else to do.
White pages or impressions of light can be caused by any of the following reasons:
- Ink cartridges are not installed.
- Ink depleted.
- Failure of the print head.
Here are some steps we can try in this case:
- Reinstall the ink cartridges. If the cartridges do not seem to fit, make sure that the print head is installed and re - install the cartridges again.
- Try using a spare cartridges to reproduce the problem. We would be able to locate it to a cartridge impoverished if the replacement cartridge helps you to print correctly.
- Load plain paper.
- In the printer control panel, press menu .
- Press the arrow keys to scroll to maintenance, and press OK.
- Press the arrows to scroll to print head deep cleaning, then press on OK. Print a cleaning page.
- Press the arrow keys to scroll to align printerand press OK. Print an alignment page.
Note: does not remove the alignment page until printing is complete.
- Select a higher print quality in the printer software. To select a better print quality:
- Your document open, click file print.
- The print dialog box opens.
- Click Preferences, Properties, Options, or Setup (depending on the program or operating system).
- The Print Options dialog box opens.
- On the Print Setup tab, select a higher quality setting.
- Reprint the document.
- Make sure that the Firmware is updated to the latest version from the link: http://dell.to/13SF1D7
- Make sure that you have selected the right operating system before you start to download the firmware.
- Print head needs to be removed and the cover must be closed before you upgrade the firmware.
- After the update of the firmware, install the print head and try to print.
- If the steps above do not resolve the problem, you can consider replacing the print head service kit.
I can't open the HP Solution Center to scan. When I try to open it I get a notification that all software is not installed. I ran Dr. scanning HP and all software installation downloaded and ran. Every thing is installed. Tried to open it to new and same result.
Am going to the forum and found this update of windows 3132372 could be the problem. Checked and I do not have that update to uninstall.
Because the HP Scan and Capture app can be a solution. Who has downloaded but it refused to detect my printer.
I really need to solve this problem. I got nothing else problems with printing and scanning as Windows 10 came.
A ran a uninstall and reinstalled (second time). It's working now.
Printer worked flawlessly after upgrade to Windows 10. But with the last update, I can't scan more by HP Solution Center. I tried HP doctor and then remove and reinstall the software suite full, ensuring I have the latest drivers, but it still does not work. HP Solution Center is installed on my pc, I can even click on it and then it opens (briefly) and then closes, there is no way I can use the features. [However, doctor of HP, I could do an analysis of test and that worked, so there is nothing wrong with it.] Help...

The cartridges are full, I cleaned the printheads several times, made all the diagnostic tests, restarted the computer, reinstalled the software and drivers. I can't align the print heads because the scanner cannot see blue lines due to their not printing not. The printer is out of warranty, so I need to know if I need to trash or is there another solution for this problem. Following a forum, the person said it was chip problem, but did not specify how they fixed it. Coult it will be the same question? Any suggestions would be extremely useful.

The printer will print after replacing more paper in the middle of a print job. Checked for paper jam and it is clear.
No error message flashing.

I read on how your Deskjet F350 will not print once you have replaced most paper during a print job. What comes to mind, is that the printer can think it's even more paper.
Try to reset the printer and restart the computer and try again to print.
- Press the power button to turn the product on.
- With the product, unplug the power cord from the back of the product.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 15 seconds.
- Plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the back of the product.
- If the product does not light by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.

I need help with my HP C390a Photosmart Premium all-in-one printer. I have a hp Pavilion dv6 - 2057cl computer laptop running Windows 7. Our internet provider is Bright House and we have a cable/modem that works well with this printer for the last 3 months.

My Photosmart c309a printer is not ALL networks.
-using the windows Vista
-four portable wireless maintain excellent connections to the home network
-a the recent failure of electricity, but all computers domestic mobile re-login to the network;
-a ran HP wireless network Test Report which shows wireless "On", but "The FAILURE" of wireless work;
-diagnostic report also shows wireless radio does not. and I have to contact HP support.
So far, I took the following measures:
-stop the entire network (Linksys router)
-unplugged and replugged the printer and router
-set factory default printer
-all I can think (but go ballistic)
I have a similar problem, except that my 309 a link but if it is idle for a few moments he log out and have to stop and reconnected or reset using the configuration menu. Contact with HP said that HP is aware of the problem but that he has no intention to post a fix and the problem is inherent in most of their printers...
