  Just get a private from t-mobile a few days ago. Today all of a sudden the physical keyboard has stopped working. I can use it to scroll, but not to enter text.   When things get flaky, the best thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait about a minute, then replace the battery and the cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long long long restart the process (can be as long as 10 minutes). See if it clears. Like all computing devices, a restart may be a healthy thing.

  I sent a PIN message to two BlackBerry smartphones and it shows that it has been delivered at the time.

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I implemented the wifi fine but in manage connections, I have my network in green next to my wifi and a white check mark to the right and its supposed to be a checkmark im assuming.

  The white tick means that you are connected to WiFi rotate.

  A green check mark indicates that you are connected to the WiFi router AND your BlackBerry BIS data plan. Do you have this data Plan on your mobile service provider account?

  If this is not the case, call them and ask.
