  That I can see, I can find only one option for your solution... but b4 that, try a battery pull reboot (pull your battery when your BB to IT)... This continues for n 5 minutes then reinsert the battery and leave your BB start... now, see if you can see the BBM icon or not...

  If the anterior approach is not helping, then go on BB App world and to remove the BBM and then reboot your BB... now, after restart the BB, go to BB App world and seek a BBM or else you can go online ( http://appworld.blackberry.com/ ) adapted to the BONE using your n install it...

  All, morning

  My 9360 updated to the last OS bundle (update of low priority, but I thought I'd run it in any case) and now the internet does not work - facebook and Twitter will not let me open a session by saying that my data plan does not support the application, BBM does not work and emails are is more in sync with my gmail Inbox.

  I'm on a monthly contract to pay with Virgin UK.

  Hello and welcome to the community!

  After an update as well as if things get wobbly, I always offer the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
  • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

  (2) Service reference books

  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

  Do you have a BlackBerry data plan? A standard data plan will not be enough for BBM access, this is the first place to check. If the phone has done this since you guessed it, confirm that you are on a BlackBerry data plan with your carrier.

  The next step if you have confirmed that you have access to a BlackBerry data plan is to go to Options > Advanced Options > host routing, Table and then press the BB Menu button and select Save now. Then, go to settings > e-mail settings, login if necessary, and then press the BB Menu, select Service books and resend your Service books. If you have problems with this, call your carrier as they can do for you.

  Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

  I have a Blackberry Curve 9630 and for nearly two weeks, nor the services polls bbm or email to my phone worked, and the BlackBerry logo that happens usually when it is connected to wifi or 3 G is nowhere to be seen. I checked with my network provider that blackberry is always on, nothing.   I hope you can help me cause I am facing a very annoying problem on my blackberry.

  I have a curve 8520, quite old, but perfectly functioning and I never had any problems.

  In any case, I updated the new BBM version, and what is happening is that a contact (alone, I have long chat sessions with)... he does not deliver some messages. It happens in two ways: the sender always sees all messages such as pronounced, but on the other side some of these messages do not at all, and some arrive with delay.
  Basically, it is impossible and very boring conversations. I have never exerienced such a thing before, not a minimal lag or absolutely this "deliverance not deliver."

  PS: I rebooted several times my bb, I also put the option "group indirect messages. nothing has changed.
