  Hello FrankHeinsohn,

  Hold down the ALT and CTRL together and then press the left/right/up/down to change the orientation. Press the combination of keys followed by the arrow key to the left first to see if this changes the orientation (you may need to press the selected keys a number of times to get the correct orientation. If the left arrow does not try the right, if this does not work try the high and arrow down.

  Usually, this action solved the problem. If she does not see if you have an icon in the Panel that gives, you go to your video card. Your card might be control NVidia or ATI control panel.   Since the iOS 10 update, it seems that I can take is no longer an image of what is on my screen. I'm used to be able to do it by pressing the power button and then pressing the home button to make the catch. This is particularly useful in holding a long distance tour, enlarge the shot, and then take a picture of this zoomed image.

  Any other way to capture even a screenshot?

• After an automatic update on 8/11 my screen is Brown and I can't get any pictures standby screen to work

  Many updates were automatically installed on 8/11.  Updates began while I was using an application and stop my program.  Auto restart my screen saver picture disappeared to be replaced by a brownish color screen which I can't get rid of.  The feature to customize using a right click on the desktop does not work.  Select a photo of screen saver, click on apply does nothing.  The category for the personal image that I used for a screen saver seems to be missing.  How can I get rid of that YUCKY Brown screen ugly?

• How to avoid distortion of picture on screen

  Good morning-

  On the latest computers, I was able to adapt my personal image (from my Gallery of Windows) on my screen for a wallpaper.  When I put on my 17 "laptop, the stretch of photos and are deformed.  When I try the value 'Center' or 'adjust' to make it better fit, then save the changes, the changes will not save.  Any advice?

• Layers hidden in Photoshop, but it shows picture on screen

  Hello. Using PSCS4 under XP.

  I have a Photoshop document done by someone else that I'm opening. There are 5 layers. 3 are hidden. When I hide all the layers, the image still appears on the screen. In the layers palette, I see Unify: with 3 icons and click on spread image1 is checked. I don't think I've ever seen that before in the layers palette. Below, I have a picture of what's going on. Don't know if there is a way to set up a file like this when you start a new document or what, but it's happening. all hidden layers, but the image appears. If all goes well, I'm missing something

  

  Better control panel layers, it seems that spot for me.

  If your image is in RGB, then I guess that it is red, green, blue... and another thing, something like 1 Spot or Pantone color blablabla.

  If you never want to see it just move to the trash icon in the Panel layers and you'll get "cleen" image (I wonder why it does that). Or you can use Merge Spot channel from the menu of channels that will blend (separated) he in RGB.

  It might be in many different places. Just do a search on the file
  name and you'll find it.

• Audio and video is replaced by a mobile type picture lines screen saver.

  Sent an avi file that I can play on Windows 7 WMP 12.    Recipient has Windows XP WMP 11.  The audio, but the video is a video of type screensaver of moving lines and forms etc.  Any ideas?  Thanks for your help.

  When you work in Microsoft Publisher, I hit control, alt, DELETE.  Instantly, the display on my monitor screen turned sideways.  Very funny moment in a first time, it's going to be a pain to have to keep my monitor turned on its side if the screen is now up and down instead of on the side.  Does anyone have an idea how to turn my screen to the way it is supposed to be?  Please help if you can.

  When I open a window to view my photos, all that shows is an icon with mountains on it. If I double-click on the icon that the photo is displayed in the Windows Photo Gallery.  I can't tell what images are what, unless I click on each icon one at a time. The thumbnail appears correctly when I'm looking at him in a window that contains the source files on the camera connected via USB.

• GPS coordinates of pictures is not displayed

  Right click on the thumbnails of the pictures and selecting Properties > details does not display GPS coordinates of the photos.  Not only the data, but the data field itself.  And that's for each photo, even those taken on my own phone with the settings > system > location set in place, as well as photos taken with several of my friends phones.  And the coordinates are displayed in Picassa, either.  Why are they not the GPS coordinates showing, and how can I make them display?

  You should look on your phone (if it's Android) and see if under settings > location you have "Tag Photos or videos with location" lit.  The only reason the GPS coordinates show is if the data is not present in the image file.  This seems to be the case with you, like Windows or Picasa is to see GPS information in the metadata.

  If this problem is with Internet Explorer, try to reset as follows - be aware that this will remove bookmarks and saved passwords etc

  Open windows control panel, open Internet Options, click the Advanced tab, and then click the reset button.  Click 'Yes' or 'Ok' for all additional guests needed to complete the process.
