  It is not complex. Attach the drive to the adapter and connect it to any other computer with good antivirus and antispyware installed. I use Malwarebytes and Avast. When you connect the adapter with the drive connected to the usb port, the drive will appear and it will be assigned a letter maybe E:\ or F:\ or something else.   My 4th gen iPod touch battery is almost dead. It can't hold a charge for very long. It's too bad that I can't replace the battery.

  Sony has not yet tested iPhone5 with our units as it has only been recently published. If you are able to connect the iPhone on the dock using the lightning adapter, you will need to check the compatibility of the iOS6 with the dock. I suggest you consult with Apple if the home Sony station were found to be compatible with the iPhone5.

  Laptop will not load.  States of icon is connected but does not support.    Has begun charging for less than 30 seconds maybe 3 times only, then goes to not charge mode.  Up to 60percent. My Jack works the ac adapter is only lukewarm. I can't calibrate my battery, it must be between 99 and 100 percent. What is my profile or is it my battery? Don't know? Help, please!

  Don't worry, though, as I have a few steps below that should help you to solve this problem:

  Disconnect the load and use the laptop until the battery drains in 15%.

  Turn off the laptop and turn it on again after 30 minutes.

  Reinstalled compatible Microsoft ACPI Control method battery in Device Manager,

  Restart the computer, and the problem should be solved.

  I also have the same problem with an iPad Air and two other car systems. So I think it has something to do with iOS 9.2 because I couldn't find any complaints about the poor quality of the CAD in the adapter in lightning.
