Pipette on Fireworks does not work after last update 10.8.2

I just opened and Fireworks to make a few illustrations... and the color picker (eyedropper) does not work. It will read something like 'black '. This has happened after the upgrade to 10.8.2. I see someone else has a problem too... Please someone has a solution or the solution to this?

I think you'll see a light color mismatch when you use the following solution, but give it a try:

(In fact, it can be more than a workaround proposed in the article above.)
