Pitfalls of Logging IOS - default configuration?

Log configured by default on IOS 12.1 and above traps? If so, the default debug value? for example, if you don't see 'logging trap' in the config file - this does not mean logging is NOT enabled. Opening session, logging traps are by default configs - logging in buffered memory is not. Answer please if you can confirm this - thank you!

Logging settings can vary with the version of IOS. I can tell you, "logging console debugging" is enabled by default in most of the IOS versions. 'consignment of information trap' and "no logging not stamped" may be the default with most of the versions.

Rather than trying to look for documentation see what that default value to recovery with different versions parameter record, well, we recommend that you use the command 'Show log' to check the status of the different types of logging and it will look something like this.

Journal of #show R1

Syslog logging: activated (0 messages fell, 1 messages limited rate, 0 flashes,

0 overruns, disabled xml)

Recording console: level 34 messages saved, debugging, xml disabled

Monitor logging: level 0 messages saved, debugging, xml disabled

Logging buffer: disabled disabled xml

Logging size Exception (4096 bytes)

County and logging messages timestamp: disabled

Logging trap: informational level, 38 lines of journaled message

All of the above settings are by default in this router running IOS version 12.2.

Order is correct.

If pfs set is not configured in the crypto map configuration, pfs will be negotiated not.

If set pfs is configured without any group, then it uses default group1

And if you do not want to use the other group, you set the group # in the command set pfs.

I don't have a navigation bar and firefox does not open in safe mode to return to the default configuration. Does not work reinstall. Any help please.

I have no navigation bar since I closed it to have more space on the screen. It will not re - open. I come here with a difficult problem... I have a Probook s 4740. It comes preinstalled with Windows 8 and HP security tools. Recently, I decided to upgrade to 8.1 Windows and for that I had to uninstall HP security tools. I did the uninstall and update of Windows. After a day of using the computer hang. I have updated using HP recovery. As the version of the OS was old he himself day after a day or two. The update went well. After restart my Asus X55oE due to necessary updates, I got «default configure features windows.» Restoration of the changes. Do not turn off your computer. After reading several messages through other forums, I turned it and then turn again only to receive the same screen. Some of these forums say that it can take 2 hours or more because of so many updates made at the same time. I think I was trying to upgrade windows 8 for windows 8.1.

I'm really worried about it just because I just got back this PC from ASUS and am needing to work. Can someone tell me if there are other options or make sure that it just take a while? I also read that you can actually go to the control panel > windows update > help to erase mistakes. Also, someone said that you can customize the number of updates at a time can be both. I certainly do not happen again. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
