Playable video Flash...

Has anyone tried to play videos from sites like facebook or another site playable flash (except youtube). It says to download flash player. N; pre palm have the latest version of the flash player? I also tried downloaded flash player, but it only downloads perhaps due to the OS system thing. Any help on how to play these videos?

No pre doesn't have a flash at the moment. More than anything else out here in the States last I knew. The HTC hero which was released in Europe is the only device I know who has it now. But the pre's get it. http://www.BusinessWire.com/portal/site/home/Permalink/?ndmViewId=News_view&NewSID=20090215005152&newsLang=en

  • How to play videos flash for 40 seconds and then display the Web page automatically?

    That was my question:

    I made a Web page, I want to show a video flash for 40 seconds when the page is opened. Then the Flash video should disappear and opens the web page. How should I do this?

    This was the response:

    Hello

    This would require the use of actionscript inside flash video, which would then redirect to the main website after the deadline runs out.

    (for how to do this you would be better advised in the flash forum -http://forums.adobe.com/community/flash/flash_general).

    Please help me on how to add actionscript code

    If you the only goal is to pass on this page to the index page after 40 seconds, then you can do it in the code of a web page, rather than edit the Flash file.  Just add the following code in the head section of the web page of the video...

  • Video Flash

    Flashing Hello-

    I have problems to make the videos I did in Flash movies to actually play when they are online. When I publish an excerpt, they pop up fine, but once I post the html page and the video flash on a test online site, it does not play. Help, please.

    1. the mp4 will work.

    2. this JS file is perhaps not according to the version of Flash you use. If you are using CS4, it incorporates all the necessary script in the HTML file. Otherwise, it can be placed in a directory outside of the root. In this case, you will need to look in the source of the HTML file by opening it in Dreamweaver or a text editor. Looking for a script tag that has a source pointing to the "AC_RunActiveContent.js" with a series of "... / ' in front of it. Each '... / ' takes you to 1 folder where the HTML is saved.

  • Video Flash and flicker on the websites Gifv

    Since the upgrade to Sierra, I noticed a strange problem. Video on Facebook and Youtube Embedded flash flashes quickly.  I noticed in Google Chrome and Safari. I've upgraded to the latest Chrome and the latest version of flash player for both browsers. This happens when watching an animated GIF as well encoded as GIFV.

    FWIW, YouTube uses HTML5 for quite some time, so flash won't have anything to do with it. Chrome has built-in flash so there's no need to download flash to Chrome.

    I'm not on Facebook so I can't comment on that. I don't know where I can test a GIFV and I don't know why she would need flash.

  • Video Flash isn't playing, audio is fine

    Flash video does not play on my site, but I can hear the audio perfectly well. Video player interface is not visible either - blank space instead.

    I use Windows 7, Firefox 42.0 (also tried 43.0), Adobe Flash 20.0.0.235. I have seen a few similar questions here and here is what I tried:

    -restart and reinstall the browser;

    -deletion of cookies;

    -in safe mode;

    -Disabling hardware acceleration.

    Nothing helps. Is there anything else that can help?

    OK, after digging more deeply into my problem and tested in different environments, I realized that this isn't flash or firefox problem. The video player was inside a modal bootstrap and it - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/23709700/embed-tag-inside-bootstrap-modal-not-visible-in-firefox - helped me.

  • Videos flash smeared high down in Firefox

    It just came. I have FF 33.1.1, and WIn 7 Home Premium. Flash videos play normally in Chrome, but videos are stained from the top down FF. • Solution: The videos Flash does not not - Win7 w/Comodo Firewall

    On a new machine, I have added my desired desired programs. These include Comodo Firewall and Firefox with various plugins and addons (including Adobe Flash Player NoScript, FlashBlock, AdBlock Plus).

    I soon discovered that the videos would not play (initially I could see some videos using HTML5, but after some adjustments, they were gone too). I tried MANY suggestions and settings are on various boards of Directors, nothing worked.

    I should have learned long ago that I need to document all THE CHANGES, I have in my system - but old habits have life tough. I tried many things, with no written notes. I didn't know what problem prevented the Firefox to play videos. Nothing I've tried has worked. After unsuccessfully, I have reset Firefox (sad to see my custom settings go). When I restarted Firefox with only the plugin Flash Player active, I could not yet play videos.

    More follow-up research. Finally, I came across the solution on the Comodo site:

       http://forums.comodo.com/defense-sandbox-help-cis/defense-in-clean-pc-mode-is-blocking-flash-uploader-in-firefox-3612-t64628.0.html;msg459022#msg459022

    There, I learned that Comodo Defense + had blocked the Container Plugin Firefox (and Crash Reporter) to run.

    I used the following steps to resolve the problem on my system (w/Comodo Firewall 7.0.317799.4142):

       1) Open Comodo Firewall (right-click the Comodo tray icon and select Open)

       2) Select Tasks -> Sandbox Tasks -> Open Advanced Settings

       3) In the "Advanced Settings" Window, select Defense+ -> HIPS -> Hips Rules

       4) Find the entry for Firefox.exe. Right-Click it and Select Edit.

       5) In the Comodo HIPS Rule for Firefox.exe window, select the "Access Rights" tab. Locate the "Run an executable" option. Click the modify link under the "Exclusions" column.

       6) In the "Run an Executable" window, select the "Blocked Files/Folder" tab. Select the plugincontainer.exe entry and right-click -> remove to delete it. Do the same for the crashreporter.exe entry.

       7) Click "OK" on each of the Comodo Firewall widows to save the changes and close the window.

    After doing this, videos might play. My next task will be to reinstall my favorite extensions and see if I can get Firefox works as I liked it on my old PC.

    I hope this help anyone with a similar setup.

    Thank you.
