Playback audio monitoring with native SDK 2.1

Hello

I asked where I want to play an mp3 (or other formats) and want to be able to follow exactly his position.

Currently I use the multimedia engine with functions mmr_ *, but I am unable to find any function to get information about the current state of playback.

The only information I found online was of approximately mm/renderer/events.h, but this does not seem to be included in the 2.1 SDK.

But because I want to develop for BB Tablet OS I need to use the SDK version 2.1 and I can't find a way to achieve what I want.

After an endless search, I hope someone here can help me on my problem or tell me where I was wrong

Concerning

"Signature".

OK I finally discovered that he had a change of name of the header file that includes the methods for events.

It seems that he has changed in SDK 2.1 at in the SDK 10.0.

Thanks in any case - closed

Hi, I've recently compiled my application with Native SDK 2.0 beta 2 and his work now uses the Beta firmware 2.0 OS, but when I try to run it on pre 2.0 firmware like 1.0.8.1971 its gives me the following error:

I found the tag on xml and tried to change it to 1.0.0.0 and it can be installed, but it crashes immediately after I try to open it.

Anyone know how this works?, or if there is no official information about this that I'm missing?

When you submit the app at AppWorld you should have a choice to define minimum OS version, which would limit what versions of your app people would see

  • Double connection monitor with HP H8 - 1360T

Just got a new HP H8 - 1360T with a Radeon HD7570 video card. I have two monitors with DVI and VGA inputs on them. They were both used with an older Dell dual mode. Unfortunately the double with the Dell adapter cable has a male end LFH59 (all pins) that will not connect the HP H8 - 1360T.  Is it as simple as getting the right cable? I see some references/DVI-I single and double as well as DVI - D single and double. I want to extend my desktop on two monitors. Can what adapter cable I get? Thanks for your help.

    Hello

You said that the monitors DVI so use a native DVI cable to a monitor, and then a DVI cable to HDMI to the other monitor.

To eliminate any problems check each monitor, one at a time on each port to make sure everything works before moving on to the next step.

Go to the AMD Catalyst Control Center and set up a display EyeFinity group.  You should be put in place a group of 2 X 1.

If necessary, go to the AMD web siteand download the latest driver for your video card video card.

  • Monitors with speakers?

One of the HP monitors have loudspeakers built-in and audio output ports that can connect to external speakers?

    Hello

I think not only considered the monitor speakers is a good idea, you need many cables aound except pass by wireless. Just buy a monitor with speakers builtin (many brands autour).

  • How to use two external monitors with my laptop?

I have a new Pavilion dm4-301 d cl Entertainment PC.   My OS is Windows 7.   I'm used to using two external monitors with a docking station.   This new laptop lacks a docking station.  What should I do use two external monitors?

Certainly not without a dock, but even with laptop HP well enough docks limit you to one of the ports on the external monitor, even if there are two on the dock. We used a device called an Atlona AT-HDPIX2 which is a USB to hdmi adapter. It provides a feature of third monitor for a laptop... use the native external port of the screen and the computer screen internal, then this device gives a third control that is fully configurable to display Windows 7 interface... clone, extend, etc.. It allows a full HD resolution and is pretty responsive for games even light.  HP does not have any true docking station for your laptop.

  • Native SDK and Simulator

    Hi all

I have a problem. I can not connect the Simulator to BB10 native SDK. I opened the Simulator with vmware closed player.i wifi on Simulator. and I opened bb10 native sdk but the sdk does not discover/find it.

How can I solve this problem?

    Best regards.

    Hello

If you have problems with the Simulator in auto discover then the best way is to enter the IP address manually.

This is how you do it.

    (1) on the MenuBar at the top of the Simulator, you see an icon between the time and date and the lock icon of orientation that resembles a head and shoulders with a gear wheel in the middle. Clicking on this will show you the State of development - make sure that the mode of development and save the specified IP address.

    (2) on Momentics go to the Perspective of System QNX (icon in the top right corner) and right-click on the sim card, select Properties. Enter the IP address.

    (3) after entering IP address, right-click sim again and select Connect. This should change the localhost not connected sim card just localhost and you should be good to go.

Please let me know if it solves your problem.

  • BlackBerry tablet OS native sdk, should I use it?

    Hello

I am an experienced C/C++ developer, but have no experience with BlackBerry.

I wonder do the research as evidence of the application of the concept on BlackBerry.

    (1) is the native SDK for platform able to target BlackBerry non-tablettes BlackBerry Tablet OS?

    (2) where to find some QAnywhere to the APDU commands Exchange with the jury on SIM card?

    Thank you

WebWorks is the only supported way to target all phones.

Another option would be to support a Java application with a base of code designed to target older phones of the BB as the Android player, BB10 taking place.

  • 10.1 beta (10.1.0.807) native SDK update fails

    Help!

just uninstall 10.1 beta 1 and installed 10.1 Beta 2

    now I'm having

    10.1.0.807 SDK

as next I wanted to add all the SDK I need to develop and deploy 10.0 apps

so I clicked on "Update of the native SDK" - but the list is EMPTY

It worked with Beta 1 and now I'm lost

It still does not for me.

    but I've found a workaround:

in my previous installation (thanks to osx timemachine), I copied the files and folders selected in the installation of the beta 2 release:

now I can use these old SDKs inside the IDE of Beta2

It seems that the Momentics IDE simply scans the folder bbndk for bbndk_env_xxx.sh files and need the corresponding host and target files.

I hope to have an initial implementation available in little more than a week. It will not support files custom controller or the background sound, but the rest should work. If it is the version that is due in a little more than a week depends on how the test is going.
