  I'm trying to connect my Ps4 and my Z3 on playback remotely, but I get this error message "8801e1e9" I have connected the Ps4 with the Playstation app without problem but had problems understanding how to connect my dualshock to my Z3, but I finally found a way to do it but now when Remote Play searches for my Ps4 with my internet It pops up this error.

  I have only 1 dualshock if this causes a problem, never possessed any smartphone Sony or compressed before, have never rooted/hacked/what else there is my Z3, nor any of my consoles. I tried to remove my application to read data remotely and the cache and nothing has changed... He also is PS + for my account PSN if this changes anything, the phone is brand new so should work fine, ideas what the problem is?

  Yes I remember that I also had that. Its because of the internet. Perhaps, your internet connection is not as fast it should be. Try checking your quality, if its high on the change to normall.

  Also, try to turn your Bluetooth off for it to disconnect from the DS4 and turn off wifi, turn off the internet in the PS4 and restart ALL (Z3, PS4, ROUTER) then connect the DS4 FIRST! then do a reading distance. Activate all functions.

• PlayStation view family iPhone app will not download

  We just decided to cut the cable and begin broadcasting using the PlayStation view platform.  So far it meets our needs.  However, my daughter's room has a feature of Chromecast broadcast it manages by using his iPhone (my old iPhone 4S).  She is about 9 years old and I've set him up on my family iTunes account.  Here's the problem: when it opens its app Chromecast to download the app view PS, the 'Get' for PS view button is shaded out and leaves him not download the app on his iPhone.  I am convinced that this is due to a limit of age because of my family configuration.  How can I work around this problem so that we can download this application?  Where can I go to change the family settings?  Can I download it for her on my device and then have it download from the cloud?  These are all the right ideas.  I do not know.

  Follow the steps below to perform a factory reset on a Blu - ray® player:

  1. turn on the Blu - ray disc drive and make sure that the correct input is selected on the TV.
  2. press the Home button on the Blu - ray disc remote drive.
  3. once the menu is displayed, press the left arrow on the remote control button and navigate to the installer.
  4. the installer, use the up arrow button down and go to reset and press the Enter key.
  5. to reset, select Factory Default Settings to Reset or initialize personal information.

  NOTES:

  -Reset to default factory settings option will display another menu where you can reset the current network, audio and video player settings, select all parameters if you want to restore everything.

  -Personal information initialize will erase all personal information stored on the drive and some Internet applications.

  6 spend by each of the two options if you wish to restore completely the Blu - ray disc player.

• PlayStation view will never come to Apple TV?

  It would be great if this was the case. I want my Apple TV to be my central hub for all of my television, including streaming TV as Sling. I see Roku and Amazon Fire has the Playstation view app. If PS view never come to Apple TV, I would be sold on cut the cord for good.

  Hello ncharlebois,

  The PlayStation3 does not have an IR receiver, so you wouldn't be able to use the Remote Control app on your tablet.

  You might be able to use Bluetooth or other means of control of the console, but I suggest you contact the PlayStation support for more specific recommendations or answers to that.

  I don't know if this section is intended to solve the problems with the existing applications of Sony, but it seemed the most appropriate for my question. If it does not fit here pls move.

  The main reason that I bought this tablet rather than others was simply IR no other tablet support AFAIK. And it works fine with my TV, my SAT, my stereo receiver and even my fan seeling. I was sure that I could use with the PS3, because hey its Sony, it has Bluetooth, there is already a BT remote workin for the PS3 and it works with the PSP.
  I was shocked when I discovered that there is no way to control. I am not a developer application (still ) and therefor have little understanding of it. But given the remotefunctions existing all that we need is someone who can pack orders in an app for android.

  I don't want to be rude, but frankly I do not understand why Sony didn't already do. Even if they charge a dollar for it, they did already benefit in my opinion. And if its free, still more ppl would buy the Tablet because of this.

  To summarize, y at - it app for PS3 remote control or is a person workin on one?
