If please, I m using a Logic Pro 9 and are looking for the key "Advanced" (tools) but doesn't seem to do not for me in the 'preferences'. ". Why? Help!

Because there is no mode "Advanced Tool' to Logic 9.

Logic 9 is always and only has an advanced mode, there is no other method.

Advanced tools (and their duty to be checked) was a ridiculous logic X when it was released.
