  You can reuse your current XP only if the version is not OEM.  OEM is a version that must be supported directly by the manufacturer of the computer first.  OEM is always linked to the first PC, the license is activated on.  This license is suppused to 'die' with the PC.  Now, there is a "grey area" on the definition of a PC, but accepted the more common definition all came to the conclusion that the 'mother' is the building block for the definition.  Therefore, change of motherboards would mean you have a "new" PC

  Looks like this power loss that happened after that BIOS reflash had progressed too far to recover, you may need to have HP reflash the BIOS eprom in their establishment. Call HP and ask them how to get it. Since it is still under warranty, you will not have to pay for the fix.

  Sorry for the trouble, but I noticed this same problem with few other users, who could not send pings to any BlackBerry 10 there BlackBerry 7 devices.

  To solve your problem, I suggest to re-install BlackBerry Messenger!  To do this on your homescreen go to Options > device > application > locate and remove BlackBerry Messenger from there. After deleting to do a battery pull reboot as this device powered on remove the battery wait a min. then reinsert back.

  Finally, after the reboot, use your BlackBerry browser and go to www.blackberry.com/bbmdownload and download the latest available for your phone model. If device reboot prompt do then sign in with your ID BlackBerry even.

  Having too many CD/DVD programs can cause strange problems, especially if they're loading of parts of
  themselves at the start because they will be competing for resources. This does not mean that this issue has been
  caused by those, however, it's a possibility depending on which and how many you have installed.

  You have disk problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD burning and)
  Playback of CD and DVD). So it is not unusual for parts from 1 or 2 to not work so that others do
  correctly.

  Burning at low speed, or by using the master could help. A CD/DVD cleaner might help.

  Brand of the CD or DVD drive can also be the problem. Low quality (cheap brands) are always problematic.

  CD/DVDs have a tolerance + - and your can read/write on the edge outside these discs
  tolerances. They may be delivered, but it is generally more economical to replace the disk.

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both

  We were making a ' PLS-00123: program too large ' error when compiling a package particularly important on a * database 11 g *. The package has about 15000 lines of code. We are compiling the package using a third-party IDE (PL/SQL Developer).
  I crossed to AskTom note (:11:0:::P11_QUESTION_ID:571023051648) and Metalink Note #62603.1, http://asktom.oracle.com/pls/asktom/f?p=100 who helped understand the problem. However, could not solve the problem since the change in the structure of the package was not an option.
  One of the team contacted a DBA in this respect, which, in turn, suggested that we compile the package in SQL * more. We did as suggested on a * client 10g * connected to the 11g database and the package was compiled.
  
  I do not understand why we met with the error when compiling the package in PL/SQL Developer, but not by doing the same thing to SQL * more. Can anyone please explain this or point out some useful documents?
