  The installation of windows vista has been very successful... Thank you!  I did a factory restore... had some conflicts and massive updates to do.  Problem was trying to do updates, especially for pilots, before the accidents that happen.  I managed to do it.  The only questions I could solve just not have been SidebySides mistakes.

  Thanks to YOUR INSTRUCTIONS FANTASTIC all sidebyside errors are now missing from event viewer. :)

  Description of the error code 10:
  The Code 10 error code is generated when the Device Manager has not enough information or error that spread upwards by device drivers is not recognized by Device Manager. In addition, this error may occur if one of the pilots who needs the unit does not start. If multiple drivers are used by a particular device, it can be difficult to determine which failed.

  The cause of this error:

  One of the main causes for this is that the network adapter does not currently support this feature. You can download the latest driver / updating the driver for your network card or chipset and then try to uninstall and reinstall this component.

  I suggest you try the steps below and check if it helps

  Method 1: resolution

  a. click on start

  b. right click on computer

  c. click Properties

  d. click on Device Manager on the left hand side

  e. right click on the network card

  g. click on uninstall

  Also try to uninstall the card network programs and features

  Here are the steps to uninstall programs and features.

  a. click Start, type programs and features in the search programs and files box, and press ENTER.

  b. Click to select the product to uninstall from the list of installed products and then click Uninstall/Change in the bar that displays the available tasks.

  Search the registry to see if this key was created. Sometimes, the installation program does not have permission to this key.

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VMware, Inc.

  You can try to manually create the key to see if this will help.

  Sorry for the trouble, but I noticed this same problem with few other users, who could not send pings to any BlackBerry 10 there BlackBerry 7 devices.

  To solve your problem, I suggest to re-install BlackBerry Messenger!  To do this on your homescreen go to Options > device > application > locate and remove BlackBerry Messenger from there. After deleting to do a battery pull reboot as this device powered on remove the battery wait a min. then reinsert back.

  KB10040  : How to display or remove installed application on a blackberry smartphone   

   

  Finally, after the reboot, use your BlackBerry browser and go to www.blackberry.com/bbmdownload and download the latest available for your phone model. If device reboot prompt do then sign in with your ID BlackBerry even.

  You need a better image, so as to print well.  If you print the 680 x 800 pixels that you they would print 8 1/2 "x 10" at 80 dpi a very soft image of low resolution.
