  • Audio plugin manager crashes whenever I try to scan for plug-ins!

Plug-in audio plugin Manager crashes every time I try to scan for plug-ins has disabled all my 3rd party! How can I fix?

I tried to delete the plugin files that have been most recently loaded and removal of preferences. Plant again immediately after [Scan of Plug-Ins].

    Hearing of 5.0 build 708

    Mac OS 10.11.2

I have a solution, although this is not that useful, since I am in a rather unique situation.  I just migrated to a new machine and one was not having this problem.  I went back to this computer and copied the file: /Users/[username]/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Audition/5.0/AudioPluginManagerSettings.xml to the same location on my new machine.  Of course, the old machine and the new both had exactly the same set of plugins in the same relative location, so it worked for me.

Otherwise, you may be able to understand the model in the xml file and change it manually?  I did not try it, but it seems that this could theoretically work.  Or cause all sorts of problems.

  • FireFox crashes on a regular basis with 100% of the CPU. All the Add-ons and plug-ins disabled.

FireFox hangs on me regularly with 100% CPU usage. I have add all and disabled plugin. In safe mode I don't have the problem. Don't know what to do next because I have disabled all add-ons and plug-ins.

OK I fixed that by disabling 'Use hardware acceleration when available' in the 'Advanced' Options I had to restart FireFox for the changes to take effect.

Just updated to CC, 2014. Anyone having problems with third-party plug-ins 3? Magic Bullet and NewBlue are constantly break my system because I've updated.

Not had this problem with the previous version of CC.

You update the plugins? Specifically, these two have new versions for 2014.

  • 35 Firefox plug-ins are not loading.

Recently updated Ghostery and since then I've lost the ability to watch videos on all pages. I tried a lot of solutions to correct this. None worked. The only solution that which was left was me so said they start for EACH Firefox problem is in 'safe mode' or update Firefox each moderator of Mozilla. I did a refresh by accident. But always had problems even after only 3 modules. And I went ham on Firefox and delete everything off my deleted pc the Mozilla folder after that I uninstalled Firefox. Then I went to load Firefox from the ground upward.

Well, since I did it miss me ALL my plug-ins. So I updated adobe... nothing. I uninstalled Adobe Flash Player and it reloaded. Nothing. I did the same thing for VLC. Nothing.

2 Plug-ins that are listed are from the folder I added an old Firefox data I saved. Question is on Firefox 35.0.1 why plug-ins are not installed?

    Solved.

What Did I Do? I refreshed Firefox...

    (1) pluginreg.dat deleted
    (2) threw in the folder an old copy of pluginreg.dat from when he worked
restarting and it picked up everything.

Just having now question flash crashing on the pages as soon as the page loads.

  • How of many plug-ins/tracks are too many for CPU? (8 GB OF RAM)

My Logic Pro 9 crashes and I wonder if its because of too many plug-ins and titles? and whether to buy more ram? or if somethings wrong?

Ive got 8 GB of RAM in the mid 2012 Macbook Pro and I am running like 60 projects using external plug-ins and synths like battery chain, fm8, izotope ozone as logic plug-ins on 200 or more. is it too? and how much can I get away with? Hah

Using Logic 9 10.11.3? Thin then you are brave.

8Gig of ram is barely enough for the OS systems and the background. I would certainly get as much ram as I could afford it, but your main stumbling block will be Logic 9 under 10.11.x.

  • Why Firefox shows no Adobe Flash Player 10 in my list of plug-ins?

Firefox said that adobe Flash Player has crashed. When I clicked on find my plug-ins Firefox, Adobe Flash Player 10 was not listed. I just installed yesterday and it is in my list of programs.

The Flash plugin shows that Shockwave Flash 10.3 r181 in your list of system details more.

  • Crackle on audio/entry track record - no buffer, plug-ins or sound card. AAARGH!

I have a slight Crackle on phonograms and supervision right of entry and via these forums and other troubleshooting failed diagnose the problem. Seems to be a product where caused by the audio signal, as occurs in response to an audio input (guitar and bass), not a constant or random noise. A faster attack of the audio signal produced more noticeable crackling.

It happens to all sizes of the I/O buffers

CPU load does not seem to be a problem - CPU monitor, both within the logic and across the system may display less than 10% (between all hearts) and it happens when dry recording in a project with a single track (audio) without plug-ins.

Established between Apogee Duet and Scarlett Solo using different cables and which makes no difference.

Does not occur during playback back already recorded audio - only new records and monitoring live (or recorded on a track and playback) entry

Removed the unused midi drivers from (a thread somewhere suggested that for a similar problem).

.. I am now mainly to a loss of the cause. Don't you no creaking when recording an audio file to QuickTime via the loudspeaker internal, next step, I can think of is to install Garageband (but reluctant to pay apple even £3.99 they want to download it to the app store!) and see if crackle present in audio recordings, in order to reduce it to a software problem (fingers crossed) all the material from the laptop. Or get a copy of logic 10.0 and see if the problem persists in this.

Recently reinstalled logic 10.2.1 after repeated crashes (and abandonment of strength) when manually move the playhead... as well as other minor bugs 10.2.1 seems to have been shipped with, but this problem started a week or two after re - install, no problems so far here.

As someone has any ideas other than a glance phone to Apple, which I fear would be very useful even when it doesn't seem to be a known issue.

  • Optional Plug-Ins CS5 Photoshop Installer hangs

I take a class and the teacher advised that the veneer pattern filter is now a plugin option and advised to download the installer of plugin optional Adobe. Got all that. But when I open the DMG and click the Plug - Ins CS5 .mxp option, it shows a selected Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 extensions Manager and blocks immediately, saying the extensions Manager to quit unexpectedly. If I try to report to Apple, it will not allow him.

    I downloaded this point of:

When the page is titled, Photoshop CS5 optional Plug-Ins.

Your advice on getting this darn plugin on my Intel Dual Core 2 Ghz machine running 10.5.8 would be appreciated.

    Hi Linda,.

Looks like that launches the wrong version of the extension manager. You want that extension Manager CS5 launched (ver. 5.0).

That said, as we work to repackage the Ps CS5 optional plug-ins so that you can manually install what need you. I'll post here when it goes live.

    Kind regards

  • Why Firefox always tells me that Adobe plug-ins must be updated, when I've just updated beyond the versions them says Firefox update?

On the status of the plug-in page, Firefox said I have potentially vulnerable Adobe Flash player c. 19.0.0.185 and should be updated. I have already taken this opinion but Adobe confirms that my version is 19.0.0.226. I ran the update at least twice (and of course I restarted Firefox several times and refreshed the page for good measure). Why Firefox think I always c. 19.0.0.185?

Essentially the same story with Adobe Reader plug-in 15.9.20069.28170. Firefox said I have this outdated version and should be updated. I ran the update at least twice (but unlike with Flash Player I don't know how to confirm that the update is installed). The version that Firefox says I have and advice to update, has not changed.

I've updated two plug-ins yesterday. Immediately after the update, when I refreshed the page status of the plugin, these plug-ins have disappeared from lists "vulnerable" or "outdated". It's only the Adobe Flash Player and Reader plug-in updates (which I did yesterday) that Firefox seems to blind. I waited a day to see if Firefox would recognize the edits today, but it still does not work. On this page of presentation of the question, "Assumptions" of Firefox on my current browser list older versions of Adobe Flash Player and Reader that I've already updated since.

Plugins are installed on the system and not in Firefox. So he can tell you were the same when you installed know that it is usually because you have two system installed an older version of Flash Player.

Maybe try to uninstall all versions of Flash Player (basic plugin) and install the current https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html (basic plugin), while Firefox is closed.

  • end of support plug-ins

I read an article that Firefox will no longer plug-ins support some time in 2016. -What does this mean for things like password managers?

Depends on the password manager. Many password managers aren't extensions, plugins.

My test page detects your plugins:

We prefer that you can use to hide the sites plugins that use collections of them to list. To see if this setting has been customized:

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press enter/return. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste the enum and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (3) if the preference plugins.enumerable_names is in bold and 'game of the user' to something other than its value default * (which means 'everything') then that would explain why the sites that verify the collection of plugins do not see plug-ins are not not in this value preferably.

  • How can I install the plug-ins for Photoshop CC 2015.5, Capitan

I have huge problems of installation of plug-ins for Photoshop CC 2015.5 Capitan. What is the difference with the 'Actions' / Plug-ins.

I used Photoshop for a while, but certainly not a professional. The new version of Photoshop CC of 2015 to 2015.5 is driving me crazy. I almost wish I had my version 2015 return.

I just bought some plug-ins from PanosFX but just can't seem to get them in CC 2015.5. If anyone can help I would be very grateful.

    Thanks much Maggi Merritt

There is much information on this on various Adobe pages: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/plug-ins-extensions-photoshop-cc.html
