Plug the charger into the problem

Hello world

I'm having a problem with my laptop HP 2000-369WM of charge. When I try to plug my charger, the red light indicating that the load and the battery on the screen indicator does not change.

I'm trying to shake the cord, but it will take a while before it recognizes.

Do I need to get a new charger, or who will count in all and it is a problem of laptop?

Thanks for any help.

Hello ophelialie,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I understand that no loading is ongoing, and there is a flashing red light. Jiggling to work should not have to do. There is probably a hardware problem, but I'll do what I can to help you!

First of all, try the steps I provided in this thread, as they will probably solve the problem if it is not a hardware problem: Re: battery charging

If not, please try test and calibrate the battery. You should be able to know if the battery has problems, as the battery of tests should be carried out.

If none of this helps, you should be able to contact HP telephone support and will determine what to do with the material. You can use this Web site for information about how to contact HP properly, based on your region: Contact HP worldwide

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, and if it has helped. Thank you for choosing the HP Forums. Have a great day!

  • Firefox is locked up and the problem seems to be linked to plug into the container. Is there any solution for this?

Using Windows XP, a tab open in Firefox, selected an element on the Web page, loading icon appears and continuous, closed Firefox, tried to open Firefox, message that Firefox always on, closed firefox.exe by using the Task Manager, able to run Firefox again. This has happened a lot lately, and I don't remember what happens in previous versions of Firefox.

Firefox use plugin - container.exe to run Flash and other plugins. The theory is that, if the plugin to crash, it would break all your tabs, any active plugins. You receive a message that crashed a plugin?

If I understand the problem, Firefox hangs or freeze when trying to open a link, and you're leaving Firefox, after which it starts again until you kill firefox.exe in the Task Manager.

Have you noticed any pattern to when Firefox freezes or crashes?

  • I have a problem loading with my iPad Air2.  I used other cables and Chargers but still doesn't load.  I plugged the iPad to iTunes and a DFU after he took a few hours that the iPad has been completely restored and apps reloaded.  In addition to the

My iPad will not normally charge.  I tried different cables and Chargers.  I plugged the iPad to iTunes and reset a DFU.  After only a few hours the iPad finished reloading all software and reloaded new apps, it had also charged the battery but the problem remains, I still can't load the iPad normally.  Any help out there?

There are very few things that keep loading an iPad. Some of these (other charger plugged into a good outlet, different cable) you have already tried. Others are:

1 dirt, lint or fuzz in the port of loading of the charger or the iPad. Check and clean carefully if necessary.

    2. a software failure. Reset the iPad. Press and hold the Home button and the sleep/wake button until the Apple logo appears. Then release the button and let the appliance restarts. You lose no data by doing this. It's like a restart of the computer.

    3. failure. Make an appointment at an Apple store to have a technician look at your device. Or contact the Apple Support.

    Hi Raymond,

    Possibilities:

    1. bad adapter.  Check the status in the BIOS.  That's what it was when this happened to me about 4 months ago.  The battery even though the battery was fine and worked fine llaptop off voltage AC, BIOS did not recognize it as the appropriate adapter type and therefore not allow.

    2. bad battery.  They go bad--and sometimes a little quickly (as you will notice that if you have an extended warranty on the laptop, it does not include the battery).  Check the status in the BIOS.  Remove the battery, use the air to empty the room and a soft cloth to wipe the contacts.  Reinsert the battery and see if that helps.

3 motherboard problem with connectors or wiring between them.  Very hard to tell her that's it--usually replaced if replacing the other two does not work.

It is unlikely to be software-related.  This reeks of hardware problem.  Contact the manufacturer's technical assistance service and see if they have any suggestions on how to better ID the cause (and get costs for spares for each of the elements so that you know).

I have listed them in my view of probability.  You of that or the other need to find someone with the same computer you that can let you borrow the battery and the adapter long enough to test (then you will probably be able to IDENTIFY the problem).  Or you can buy the pieces one at a time and see which works (I hope the first) - and try to get a guarantee of full refund for any reason, so you don't spend money on parts, that you don't need.  You must send it to the manufacturer for repair or take it to a local computer repair shop good reputation for service.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

PS Si the adapter is plugged into a surge protector, try a different surge protector, or plug it directly into the wall to rule out a defective surge protector.

    Hello

    1. What is the number of brand and model of your computer?

Let us try the steps mentioned below to see if the problem is resolved.

    Step 1:

    a. Click Start; type devmgmt.msc in the start search box and press ENTER.

    b. expand the batteries category.

    c. under the batteries category, right-click in the list of Microsoft ACPI compatible with battery control method and choose uninstall.
WARNING: Do not remove the Microsoft AC adapter driver or any other compatible ACPI driver.

    d. on the Device Manager, click Action and then click Scan for hardware changes.

Windows will scan your computer for hardware which has not installed the drivers and will install the necessary drivers to manage the battery power. The notebook should now indicate that the battery is charging.

    Step 2:

If this does not work, try power cycling of your laptop by following the steps below.

    a. remove the battery from your laptop, and then press the power button to all 15 sec.
    b. now connect to the battery and check if it works.

I suggest also, please contact your computer manufacturer to see if they have any suggestions about it.

Hello, on a reboot of my computer yesterday, I came with the System32/config/system is damaged or missing error on boot the system.  I tried a few solutions that can or could not apply, such as commands to the command prompt and reboot system Windows RE tool.  None have worked and false start in the repair process.  A description of the error, try a Start Up Repair less than a minute by:

  • After I installed Windows 7 on HP laptop, get the message "not plugged in charge."

Same laptop, charger even worked well in Visa. After a clean install of Windows 7, I get the message "not plugged in charge."

    On my system:
HP / Compaq Mobile Workstation 8510w
The charger is intended to be used for an additional cost / secondary battery - which worked fine under Vista when connected to the laptop. Still, ordinary charger works fine in Windows 7.

So my question: must be unwanted software in Windows 7. Somehow, she acknowledges that it is not the normal charger and refuses to use it - but since it worked fine under Vista I would like to continue using it.
How can I do this in Windows 7?

    Concerning

I had the same problem with my Compaq after upgrade of a cell of 12 after battery box white market. What I did first, was I uninstalled and reinstalled ' Microsoft ACPI - control method battery compatible "and who did not work, so I followed the following steps:

    1. a laptop battery and remove (while on).

    2. open the lid and remove the AC adapter / CC (for again, turn off the system)

    3. close the lid and plug in the battery

    4. open the cover, plug the AC adapter and turn on.

After I did the above, my system began to charge the battery. Some people say that after step 2, shut down the system before you unplug it from the AC. I don't have because most of the solutions I found does NOT shut down the system first. If you've been careful with your system, this time above should not do harm to your laptop

  • Whenever I plug my iPhone into a USB port on my Toshiba laptop, I get a message «overload the hub»

Whenever I plug my iPhone into a USB port on my Toshiba laptop, I get a message «overload the hub» I tried to reset the ports using the Device Manager, but it does not work. Can someone help me solve this problem?

This means that the phone ends so much power that the ports are closed to avoid damage to your laptop.  Get a USB hub powered (the one that plugs into your computer and comes with an adapter to plug into the wall) to provide more power, or less plug items on your USB ports at the same time.

  • When blackBerry Smartphones to plug the charger in BB it charges is more the phone; port does not connect

I have a Blackberry 8100 model.  When I plug the charger in the Blackberry, the loading icon does not appear on the screen and the phone is not loaded.  If I wiggle the charger port of entry in the phone cable, sometimes it will connect and charge the phone.  This has happened with my first Blackberry to the point where the connection to the port is actually right out of the device, permanently attached to the cable.  At that time, the phone was under warranty and my provider sent me a replacement phone.  Now the same thing is happening again.

The phone is no longer under warranty and my provider said I have to buy a new phone.  However, the phone and all features work correctly, I can't charge the battery because of the problem with the charger port is loose.  Any suggestions on how I can fix the connection to port or otherwise fix this?

I got my port of loading fixed to the www.cellphonefixed.com they are based in Seattle, WA and repairs by mail for cheap across the United States.

In iTunes, go to the ' about iTunes' topic. What version do you currently use?

The body of my iPhone that I plug my charger in is absent.  Can it be replaced without replacing the entire phone?

You mean that the port of lightning?

    How can it be missing?

Because one would require disassembly of the iPhone, I doubt that any Apple store would actually do and instead would most likely just replace the iPhone together for a one off cost of guarantee. Assuming of course that this does not happen because you have opened the phone yourself and do something for her. In this case Apple probably would not touch it at all.
