  Hi Polly.

  You may have a problem with an extension or plugin that obstructs normal behavior of your Firefox. Have you tried to disable all add-ons (just to see) to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

  In all cases, prove a screenshot would be useful.

  I take some college courses online and when I go to the website of Blackboard, the lettering is super small. While the school suggests Firefox to undergo the tests, and any other time where time is important, I can't read anything without a LARGE magnifying glass.   If it's only on Hotmail, hold down the CTRL key while you press the '+' a number of times. CTRL + the '-' (minus button) to reduce the size again.

  Hi eastonedge, the selection of the size of paper could remember the last size, which would be practice/irritating, depending on what prompts the last value. If you find that you need to change that often, each time, try to update to the pilot ladder, start menu > list of devices and printers.

  It would have been better if you had specified the browser and version you are using, but essentially, printing web pages is a hit or miss affair.  Many web pages are optimized for viewing on a monitor - not for printing.  This is why you will sometimes see a 'Printable Version' button, or the button "click to print" or similar.

  There are different things, that you can use to work around this problem, but the easiest is to simply copy the text you are interested (drag-n-click, right click, copy) and then paste into a Word document, where you can adjust the font size.  See, for example,
