Poor quality with cDaq sinewave output

I have a cDaq 9174 with 9263 analog output module. As part of a larger system, I try to create a sinusoidal signal generator but have big problems getting something like a reasonable waveform.

I use the express VI the sinus sumulate, then in the service of analog output of DAQ assistant and just feed of amplitude and frequency values in the sine function.

Above about 50 Hz, everything works well, but 50 Hz 0.1 Hz (the range I need to use) the waveform is terrible, not sinusoidal and sometimes cut off upwards. Possible combinations tried as much as I can think of for settings of the sine and the analogue output function, without success. I contacted OR this topic and they executed my VI and say it works very well. but they do not have the same material as me to try it. I have two lots of material and the same problem occurs on both, so is not a defective hardware problem.

I use an external oscilloscope to measure the waveform and we tried two different units, with the same results on both.

  • All-in-one HP OfficeJet Pro X576dw: poor Fax quality with ADF

I have a fairly new HP OfficeJet 576, which sends faxes fine when using the flat bed scanner.  When documents are sent by fax using the ADF, the receiving end gets a copy of very poor quality; the document is very light and the lower part is impossible to read.  No streaks or lines in the document.

The test page was sent using a single sheet and the ADF seemed to treat the paper without any problem.

The ADF is necessary because most of the faxes include several pages.

    Any ideas?

  • Poor quality and poor framerate with best export settings

Hello, this is my first post, I searched the forums, watch videos on youtube, etc, but don't never came across something like this before, but anyway let's get down to the heart of the problem at a time!

I am currently using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 (Version 6.0.2)

    Specifications of the PC

    -Intel Core i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60 GHz

    -16 GB OF RAM

    GTX - 960 M graphics card

    The problem:

I have been using CS6 6 months now and not had a problem since day one.

The videos that I do are gameplay videos captured at 60 fps 1080 p with 36857 Kbps Total bitrate.

The videos where export with large 60 fps framerate, quality, as it should in the first place.

But everything changed one day after I did everything with the same agenda, as I did each time and video when exported was of poor quality and the rate was 30 frames per second.

BUT, when I am trying to check the properties of the video exported, everything is as I put is on the export settings, even if the vacuum has dicreased quality and bad frame rate (30 fps) up.

    I am exporting as follows:

    -Format: H.264

    -Basic video settings:

    -Width: height of 1920 1080

    -Frame rate: 59.94

-Order of fields: Progressive (it doesn't let me change it)

    -Appearance: Square Pixels (1.0)

    Tv - standard: NTSC

    -Profile: high

    -Level: 4.2

    -Rendering to maximum depth (verified)

    Flow settings:

-Bitrate VBR, 2 pass encoding (I also made 2 pass, but had the same effect)

    -Target speed [Mbps]: 36,82

    -Maximum Bitrate [Mbps]: 62.5

    Advanced settings:

    -Key Frame Distance 72 (verified)

Use maximum quality rendering (verified) use Previews (verified)

    I finally understood everything!

So when I started the project for some reason, I had chosen under the option 'Make and video playback' Renderer: Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA) instead of Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (Open CL).

After that everything worked perfectly as it should in the first place.

Thanks to everyone who tried to help me understand my annoying error!

  • Encoding with HV20 in PPCS3: poor quality at the rate of 1 MB

    Hello

When I encode my video of my hv20 (1920 x 1080-30 p) with PPCS3 using H.264 with debit 2 MB I get very good results. However, when I choose 1 MB video quality is very pixelated and distorted.

When I use my Panasonic HMC-150 I can encode the same settings, including the setting of flow of 1 MB and with excellent results.

Is the difference in quality with the camera or the h.264 coding?

Any ideas why the quality deteriorates 2 MB 1 MB so badly. I would like to play these videos on the internet, so I prefer 1 MB because of the playable speed.

    Thank you

    Simon

I haven't used these dimensions that you tried, so I can't tell from experience, but try both a standard resolution like 640 x 360 and yours and then decide which is best.

  • Poor quality HP 7520 and horizontal lines

I recently bought a HP Photosmart 7520, some printed photographs and was very happy with the results.  I was already part of a series of photographs printed approximately two weeks ago and decided to print another.  The result was poor with horizontal lines, getting more lowest wide printing.   I feel like a sheet of foolscap.  I went in thinking tests align printer and print quality verification and they looked very good.  Another test print is perhaps worse.

The printer reports that my ink black print, not the photo, became weak.  All the other inks were very good.

I checked your question and answers and therefore decided to uninstall and reinstall the printer I have this week had an upgrade to broadband and thought that there is a problem.  This task achieved I did the self test as requested and the result was first class, but it was of course on the smaller size paper.

An impression more away from the same photograph was worse before she looked like a negative, but in color and with only skin correct tones.

I would appreciate your help as I just upgraded to print photographs as old man... was excellent for doing everything else.

    Hi Salty39,

Welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience! To help you get the most out of the Forums of HP, I would like to draw your attention to the Guide of the Forums HP first time here? Learn how to publish and more.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with the print quality of your print output.  I see that you said that you have recently purchased this unit. I was wondering if you are still using the configuration supplied with the printer cartridges? If so, please note that these ink cartridges are designed only for a limited number of printing just to set up the printer and if you do photo printing, photo, use a good amount of ink. Please also note that HP printers have built in surge protector and if you have the printer connected to a power strip/bar, the printer will not get all the power it needs to function properly and cela could be another reason why you are having quality problems. Here is a document that explains the problems when connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power.

Please respond with an operating system that you run and I'll be happy to find more resources about it if the steps that I have outlined have not solved the problem.

  • Poor quality PDF problem revisited.

A week or two ago I posted a problem I had with the PDF text of very poor quality (on screen) Although the print settings high quality with built-in fonts. I am running Windows 7 Professional, producing the document in Corel draw X 3, and Acrobat X 10.1.0.

I have not solved this problem, but I continued the development of the document. At one point I got a PDF output for purposes of evidence and I found that fonts look sharp and as I expect. Then I loaded the previous document with fonts of poor quality for the purposes of comparison. The old document now also went well! I checked in Acrobat and the two documents was incorporated Callibri police. However the next time that I produced a pdf file of the quality of the police was bad again. I copied the two PDF files to a memory stick and checked on several other computers running Acrobat reader. They all went well. I then printed the PDF currently running on the computer with a low resolution and it printed with very large fonts. I've experimented with different levels of zoom and the fonts look poor little matter I do.

It seems that poor policies are specific to the computer on which I run Acrobat pro and also appears that this problem is intermittent. I looked through various settings in Acrobat pro that can affect the appearance of the font, but I was not able to identify the source of the problem.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you

    Murray

You probably need to go to the preferences and turn on anti-aliasing in the display preferences. This provides a better representation of images and fonts on a LCD (which most are today).

  • Satellite C660D webcam very poor quality

    Hello

I bought my laptop 2 weeks ago and have only begun to use my webcam today.
It is of very poor quality and flashes.
What happens during the day in a good light as well when it's dark outside with light.

    My os is windows7 x 64.
Yes, the plastic film is out of the front of it, I checked.
I reinstalled the driver twice and is still the same poor quality.
I restarted the process in both Device Manager.

Please help I can't think of anything I can do.

I put t know which model of laptop you have, but Satellite C660D has generally not HD cam but 0.3 M Pixcel camera only. And with this cam, you can't expect excellent image.

There is nothing you can do. If the cam is installed properly, you can just try change the settings of the cam in the hope that the image will be a little better.
When I compare 0, 3 m pixcel cam on old L300 and now 1.0 M (HD) Pxcel camera into my new P500 the difference is simply huge.

  • Poor quality audio inspiron 5437

The audio driver of dell for the card realtek sound in my laptop is very bad, it delivers a dull, with almost no bass and really hard at high frequencies.

In another thread someone suggested using the native windows driver and that works, but:

I use a headset with mic p2 and it does not work with the windows driver (mic + audio in the same PIN p2)

Anyway, is to use the native windows driver and the headset microphone to work?

Why dell does not release such a driver of poor quality because the hardware is perfectly capable of his delivery?

    Thank you

The audio driver of dell for the card realtek sound in my laptop is very bad, it delivers a dull, with almost no bass and really hard at high frequencies.

If you WavesMaxx make sure it is not the problem. It works only with the Realtek driver, not the native, so try to disable its settings.

Or you could try a Realtek driver directly.

    1. go to the Realtek download selection page. www.Realtek.com.tw/downloads
    2. on the page, click on 'High Definition Audio Codecs.
    3. check "I accept", then "next".
    4. (optional) in the column named "Description" find the file named README and download it. Who has the instructions for the installation or update.
    5. in the column named "Description" select your operating system and if it is 32-bit or 64-bit of 2 choices in the list.
    6. in the column named "Download", click one of the server names to download the driver.

  • EP 14 - menus DVD look at grain-y and poor quality even if the content of actual film seems well

First Elements 14 - FILM and DVD MENU BURNING

QUESTION #1: HELP!   I spent days and days trying to figure out why the DVD menus look so grain-y and poor quality even if the content of actual film seems well. I upgraded from 12 to 14 items first thinking that would improve the quality, but no luck.  I made my film with many segments video, titles, etc., fading in and out of the extra audio tracks. It all works very well.

Then, when I select the Menu move and there the process... and the result... is simply unacceptable. I chose the "Pan and Zoom" model, even if I wanted to use my own background for the main Menu and the following menus images, because it was the only model with 6 thumbnails per page. I downloaded many sizes of different files and resolutions of my background images, thinking that this one would work.  I even found the original "Pan and Zoom". Model PSD files on my hard drive and checked the length of number of pixel and width, more inches in length and width, more DPI.

Each of my own images (including one I formatted the exact size of the model "Pan and Zoom") looks a lot like pixelated, when I preview the movie... or actually make a DVD in first of 12 elements.  In the first 14 elements, burn a DVD does not even operate.  The disc resulting is not playable on any of my computers or DVD players.  It comes to my QUESTION #2.

Is it possible to download a few screenshots to help you see what my poor quality menus looks like compared to the high quality film?

I don't know what is happening with your DVD writer. It could be material, may be a driver, could be another program maintaining Premiere Elements to it. (Nero is famous for this).

But if your DVD is burning as a file on your hard drive, then the program has done what it can. And you can easily use a free software called ImgBurn to burn DVD files to a disc. (As I noted in my books, this is the way I and a number of other publishers prefer to work for a number of reasons.)

The program creates a VIDEO_TS folder on your D drive or if she has created an ISO file?

  • Poor quality of the sound in the timeline and export; very well in the Source?

    Hi all.

Newbie-Pr but experienced pro audio digital. I am confused and I know I am missing just something somewhere.

I made a video for one of my songs. The graphics are quite (in AE), imported Pr and everything what is superb. I import the final audio mix and it sounds very poor quality when played the chronology and the final output, regardless of the format (I tried several presets and custom as well settings). I played a bit and noticed that the audio sounds fine when played in the Source window inside the Prime Minister.

The session of Pr is comrised of 18 video tracks (not all playing at the same time, of course) and a stereo audio track.

I tried to re - export audio from logic to depths of different bits, sampling frequencies and formats of file (mp3, wav, AAC, etc.) but the results are the same each time: Source (Pr) sounds very good, logic output sounds very well made / reading of the timeline looks very bad quality mp3 and produces final sounds just as bad.

I tried everything I can think of. I hope one of you can show me what I'm missing.

    TIA!

    Mark

    First Pro CC

    Processor 2 x 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon

    Memory 8 GB 800 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM

Graphics  ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 256 MB

    Software  OS X 10.9.1 (B 13, 42)

    Thanks for the reply!

I lived the same results, no matter what I used the export settings. In addition, the poor quality of the sound was present in the timeline itself, without even exporting the project.

Finally, I lifted my hands, has launched a completely new project, the same audio file in drugs... sounded good. Copied / pasted the video clips in the project original, broken and boom, everything is fixed. Yes, corrupted file Pr, it turns out. All I had to do was start a new project and import all the old components.

I had to do that in logic a lot (more and more these days). I wish just that I had tried 10 hours earlier! HA.

Anyway, problem solved and many thanks!
