  You cannot change the 'filename' from the homepage of Muse. It is set to default "Index.html". You can change the name of the file from all other pages well.

• Why my homepage of Muse moving left, leaving a blank space on the right?

  I had this problem since I started using the Muse. When the home pages of the sites that I build are displayed on a shelf, they left shift, leaving a blank space on the right side. Strange thing is that it doesn't happen on the home page, and the header (which is on the master home page) remains perfectly centered. I've looked everywhere for answers and the only thing I can find is that there may be an element outside of the page. However it is certainly not the case with my files (or on home pages, nor masters of home page). I have a zoom back and all selected, but nothing falls off the page.

  Hello, this looks like a problem maybe caused by adware on your pc.

  Please go to the firefox menu > addons > extensions and remove any suspicious entries (toolbars, the things that you have not installed intentionally, I don't know what purpose they serve, etc.).
  
  also go to Control Panel / programs and remove all toolbars or potentially unwanted software from there.
  
  Finally, run a full scan of your system with security tools like the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner.

  You can design the master page as the home page or copy the contents of the page and paste it into a new master.

  Otherwise if you want to create a similar page, you can right click on the regular page and select double page.

• When you install the update of Muse CC 2014.3 I get a message error DF024 and left at 69%. Any suggestions?

  You I have to manually delete the current application to the trash, and then install the new cc in the menu. It worked for me.

  With respect to obtaining the friendly URLS, there are several ways aside for this server. Most of the Web servers are Apache, and if you're brave, you can read about .htaccess files to make redirects for more friendly URLs. They are complicated and not for the coding of the heart, so be careful. Note, however, that the URL created by Muse can take advantage of these friendly URLS automatically, and links would need to be directed to the right place through hyperlinks drop-down manually.

  However, let's talk about the fear of the root here: SEO. Seen index.html links does not know to have a negative impact on the SEO of your site. There is no official source of Google or Microsoft on the topic that indicates something solid on the subject. Both have information about duplicate content, and Google approaches more effectively do a comment saying that the links are compatible. In each Muse site I checked (just those random shape by pulling the site of the day) it was only 1 ad for the home page, indicating that there was no likelihood of confusion by search engines. If you want to specify or to check things out more, you can always use Google WebMaster Tools to take additional measures inform Google of your site.

  Unfortunately, fades like this / no click gateways are not something that Muse don't natively. There are codes to achieve this effect, but this isn't a feature that made Muse on his own.

  I don't know if you use Google for a bit of code, or maybe somebody here could suggest something, you might find something to your needs.

• Next button disappears on the homepage

  I asked this without result. If you use firefox, I can search, access a page, go to deep pages, click on the "back" button and forward button; but when I click on the button to return to the home page, the forward button disappears. I did by accident or by design many times. When I back up on the homepage, I have all over again, repeat the search, and it's extremely frustrating.
  It is NOT fixed by the "default restoration."
  It seems that if I return to my home page [generally Google Search] then Firefox guess I won't want to go forward again.
  I don't want an another add-on for it. I just want the next button in all the windows where there is one page forward.
  How can I get that?
  I hate to say it, but it happens enough that I use Chrome for research and just general surfing.
  In my opinion, the show button before being in all windows, grayed out if necessary, but there. But I can accept it endangered when there is NO front page. But not when there is a page to the front.
  Note: this NEVER happens in Chrome [and others.]

  Yes, my home page was listed as https://www.google.com. But I deleted that and changed. Then deleted that and it changed to https://www.google.com. And now it seems to work. He could have this cache that does not clear properly.
