  I expanded the ObjectListField to implement a scroller of marquee style iPod for long lines of text that will disappear from the screen. So far, I have everything works well, and it works as I expect... when it fires.

  I'm having a problem to find a way to make reliable activate. It doesn't seem to be any method I can substitute or any earpiece I can use that fires when the current list item is changed. I first tried setSelectedIndex substitution. That worked sometimes, because apparently the OS is not call setSelectedIndex when he wants to change the item selected, it does something else.

  Then I tried the substitution of navigationMovement and manually call the code to start the timer, but that no longer works (I was the substitution of method navigationMovement of the ListField, maybe I should have done the Manager instead?).   Good end I could not fieldChangeNotify to the fire, no matter which I overrided, even with the first setting the listener. It only seems fair to shoot during the selection change event. One thing to note, I use an objectlistfield, not an ObjectChoiceField... maybe you are thinking as well to another area?

  Thanks for the help anyway, in the end I was able to get the desired effect by modifying the code slightly to reuse the same animation timer rather than create a new one when the selected item changes. The timer is started in the constructor of the ListField. Works very well.

  If the default printer is not in offline mode, it will detect the different printer but it will not be a default one.

  I recently updated my OS 10.6.8 to 10.11.6.

  I kept Acrobat 9.5, because I like the layout of the tools much better than in later versions.

  However, with the OS later a new problem arises. When I have the displayed property bar and click on a text box or the caption box, all second row tools remain the same size, but the area opacity becomes 10 times larger! The Ribbon containing it increases as well. Even when there is no selection in progress, once the opacity box balls she remains enormous in all work on this pdf.

  This causes the entire page to jump around while I wait for it to settle.

  I know of three other people who have had this problem, so I hope others have found a solution. I have explored removing the opacity box but can't see how to do it. the property bar appears enabled, no customization.

  I guess that you are referring to versions of Mac OS X when you say 10.6.8 and 10.11.6. Acrobat 9 is not supported and is not compatible with Mac OS X 10.11, and it is not surprising that you are facing problems. There is nothing you can do except again downgrade your operating system (or run the old version in a virtual machine, but in this case, you must get the server version of 10.6 - only which can be run in a virtual machine), or upgrade your version of Acrobat Acrobat DC.

  I currently have a dropdown list with the three sizing options in it. Then I have two check boxes, one is ticked ideally would create the model to its normal size composition and if other is checked that it would reverse the widthxheight in the size of the composition. Then below that I have a "Generate" button, I want to be able to click and according to my selections, it creates the model.

  Looks like I need a kind of if then statement, but I'm having a hard time putting the two together. See below what I have so far.

  There may be missing parts, but I have it all working in a decibel pallate currently. I don't have functionality related to a button again.
