-Pop-up problems

I get a pop up that prays to open web content using my computer to open the program. I say Internet Expl to deny access, but get pop ups continuously.

Hello

What are popups for, what program and site?

Because the malicious software could play a role here are 2 methods to solve problems and I would like to use both.

---------------------------------------------------------

1.
Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - IE with no Addons - what works best?

IE - Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - tab click on restore, and then click Reset - apply / OK

IE - Tools - Internet Options - Security tab - click on reset all default areas - apply / OK

Close and restart IE or IE with no addons

not better?

IE - tools - manage Addons (for sure disable SSV2 if she's here, it is no longer necessary but Java
installs and it causes more questions - have you never update Java to go back in and turn it off again.) Search
other possible problems.

Windows Defender - tools - software explore - look for problems with programs that do not look
right. Allowed are usually OK and "unauthorized" are not always bad. If a doubt
program to ask about it here.

Could be a free - BHOremover - BHO - standalone program, needs no installation, download and run.
not all are bad, but some can cause your question (toolbars are BHO).

Also get Malwarebytes - free - use as scanner only.

2.
If you need search malware here's my recommendations - they will allow you to
scrutiny and the withdrawal without ending up with a load of spyware programs running
resident who can cause as many questions as the malware and may be more difficult to detect as the
cause.

No one program cannot be used to detect and remove any malware. Added that often easy
to detect malicious software often comes with a much harder to detect and remove the payload. Then
its best to be thorough than paying the high price later now too. Check with them to one
extreme overkill point and then run the cleaning only when you are sure that the system is clean.

It can be made repeatedly in Mode safe - F8 tap that you start, however, you must also run
the regular windows when you can.

Download malwarebytes and scan with it, run MRT and add Prevx to be sure that he is gone.

  • pop up problem, keep opening as window!

    Hello

    My problem is that all my links keep opening as pop ups, I used the connection to the link buttons (arrow) button to the files (html pages), I did it on each page, its really annoying hope, someone can help me out as soon as possible, im using CS4!

    You have probably set up to open in a new page. That is why they keep it.

    When you add a link on your property bar, make sure that the 'target' is set to 'home' or the box must be empty. This way the links open in the same window without having to open a new one.

  • Adobe RoboHelp 8 pop up problem

    Since upgrading from an old version of Macromedia of Adobe RoboHelp 8, entry entry appear in pop-up windows. The titles of pop - up worked in the old version.  Graphics that are in the topic appear but the text which is defined as title 1 does not work.  Anyone has a suggestion to fix this problem?

    I also have a problem with the popups from RH8. Mine are text only and nothing appears while moving the mouse over them may cause some text to appear.

    I obviously reported this and you should do the same.

  • Internet pop up problem accounts

    Hello

    I had an e-mail account, access has been disabled because I left a University. I want to always be able to see all of my old emails that I downloaded on my computer in the mail application (which works very well and they are all there), but a little pop up keeps coming up and asking me my password... as every 5 seconds after I click 'Close' and never stops. I can't enter my password because the account is no longer actually. But as I said, I still want to be able to see the emails (there are thousands of them) in my email application. The only way I can stop it is to deactivate the account in the mail application, but it gets rid of the electronic mail box and I don't see the mails in the application.

    How can I get rid of the pop up and keep my Inbox in the mail application?

    Help!

    Mail/Mailbox/new mailbox and create the mailbox on my Mac to match what is the account. Drag the emails here, and then you can disable the account.

  • Screen pop-up problem in scrolling Manager

    Hello

    This could be a simple, but one don't know'm stuck. I'm trying to implement a popup screen (mainly for the EULA screen) who has a Manager (Vertical), a RichTextField and a button. I want the EULA text to display in the Manager and only Manager should have not the popup screen scrolling and button to add after the Manager.

    problem: If RichTextField text is small, I can see the text and a button. But if the text is very long time Manager scrolls to all little bit and not able to see the button.

    This is wht m is:

    class ApplicationEulaScreen extends PopupScreen implements FieldChangeListener{    private VerticalFieldManager mainContainer;    private RichTextField eulaText;    private ButtonField okButton;

        ApplicationEulaScreen()     {        super(new VerticalFieldManager(VerticalFieldManager.NO_VERTICAL_SCROLL)

            mainContainer = new VerticalFieldManager(VerticalFieldManager.VERTICAL_SCROLL | VERTICAL_SCROLLBAR | USE_ALL_HEIGHT);

            eulaText = new RichTextField("Indicates whether network connectivity is possible. "        +"A network is unavailable when a persistent or semi-persistent condition prevents the possibility of connecting to that network. Examples include "        +"* The device is out of the coverage area for any network of this type. "        +"* The device is on a network other than the home network (i.e., roaming), and data roaming has been disabled. "        +"* The device's radio is turned off, e.g., because airplane mode is enabled. ", RichTextField.READONLY | RichTextField.USE_TEXT_WIDTH);

            okButton = new ButtonField("Ok", ButtonField.FIELD_HCENTER | FOCUSABLE | ButtonField.CONSUME_CLICK);        okButton.setChangeListener(this);

            mainContainer.add(eulaText);        add(mainContainer);        add(okButton);

        }}

    need help on this.

    Hello

    If the RichTextField text is available more space, the button and the text will be disturbed.

    Instead, I suggest you add RichTextField another manager of Vertical and add vertical scrollbars. Add the setExtent in the sublayout of this Vertical Manager.  Add this vertical Manager newly created in your original handler.

    With this, the busy surface wll be same, longer text will be easily visible using scrollbars and button will be also present in his place. Your components will remain in their respective places only.

    Try if it works.

    Hello

    $cancel

    When there is only 1 cluster, the $v variable is not an array, and the Count property does not exist (as long as you do not use PowerShell v3).

    What you can do is to change this line in

    $v = @(get-cluster)

    In this way, there will be a table, even with 1 cluster.

    For any cluster ($v - eq $null) you need to add additional lines.

  • After choosing to accept problems Adobe CC 2014 'Software License Agreement' infinite Popping Up

    In my case, it happened in my machine Windows 8.1 update 1

    Here's how I solved it:

    + Go to:

    \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE[YOU-TWEAK-NAME]C:\Users\

    + Remove the file:

    _LicenseAgreement.XML

    Starting your Adobe application that has pop up problem before, "Software License Agreement" will burst once again, but after clicking on "Accept", it will stop to reappear

    Hope it will work for you guys, at least it worked for me.

    Note:

    * The _LicenseAgreement.xml file will be automatically recreated after the first 'Software License Agreement' arise and accepted.

    * Unfortunately, you will need to accept this agreement pop for all the app installed Adobe.

    I met the same problem in Adobe Dreamweaver CM³.

    It's the solution I used:

    GoTo

    C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

    Search _LicenseAgreement.xml

    rather than delete the file, open it with notepad ++ and add the LEID Application and the version of your adobe product.

    Common pop - ups include a message saying that the Government has taken over your computer and you pay release (often called "Moneypak"), or a false message saying that your computer has been infected and you need to call a number of tech support (sometimes claiming to be Apple) to get it to be resolved. First of all, understand that these pop-ups are not caused by a virus and that your computer has not been assigned. This "hack" is limited to your web browser. Quit Safari

    Usually, these pop-ups will not go by clicking 'OK' or 'Cancel '. In addition, several menus in the menu bar may become disabled and show in grey, including the option to leave Safari. You'll probably force quit Safari. To do this, press command + option + ESC, select Safari, press on force quit.

    Relaunch Safari

    If you restart Safari, the page will reopen. To avoid this, hold the "Shift" key when opening Safari. This will prevent windows since the last time that Safari was running since the reopening.

    It will not work in all cases. The SHIFT key must be maintained at the right time, and in some cases, even if done correctly, the window is displayed again. In these circumstances, after force quit Safari, turn off Wi - Fi or disconnect Ethernet, depending on how you connect to the Internet. Then restart Safari normally. He'll try to reload the malicious Web page, but without a connection, it will not be able to. Leave this page by entering a different URL, i.e. www.apple.com and try to load it. Now you can reconnect to the Internet and the page that you entered is displayed rather than the malicious.

  • My dad fell for a scam of pop up allowing access to its iMac... What should I do now?

    My old father just bought a new iMac 3 weeks after the death of his previous mac of 10 years ago.  He is not very computer and had a time with the learning curve.

    Yesterday, while online, he fell for one of those notices of popups indicating that his computer was 'at risk' - he called the phone # & handed her credit card information...  Immediately, they have had access, has taken control of his computer and downloaded something while he was on the phone with him.  That scared him and he stopped.

    He called the credit card company to refuse the $50 fee that had been immediately posted on his account.  I fear however, that some sort of malicious software have been installed and maybe they have access to his personal information and passwords, etc.  He doesn't know who he talked to, or what has been downloaded...

    What needs to be done to identify and remove what has been installed?  I don't want him being a victim of identity theft.

    Thanks for your suggestions.

    Open Safari, select Preferences from the Safari menu. Click the Extensions icon in the toolbar. Disable all Extensions. If it stops your problem, then re-enable one by one until the problem returns. Now remove this extension as it is the origin of the problem.

    The following comes from user stevejobsfan0123. I made minor changes to adapt to this presentation.

    Difficulty of pop-ups in browser that support Safari.

Also understand that these messages are scams, so don't pay not money, call number, or provide personal information. This article will give an overview of the solution to remove the pop-up window.
