  I have a HP Pavilion dv6 notebook PC. About 6 months ago, I broke the screen. About 2 months after that, however, the drivers stopped working.   Relying on the buttons have not helped get the iPod to start playing or to restart, please follow the steps outlined in the article below to reset your iPod.

  Serial numbers are normally only applies to the case of the disc.  If you do not find the case of disk while you might be dealing with a scenario of redemption code... depends on where you bought the software and what is the software.

  These are the things that apparently have no drivers available for download from the dell website?   My biggest problem is solid... I'm going to assume that "PCI Device" is the sound card, but I assumed prior it was integrated as a result would not be PCI. I tried all the drivers its unique card which = Latitude D830 / 32-bit of Windows XP.  Whenever I try to install the driver, it fails and indicates that the system is wrong etc.

  I changed the BIOS, etc. It is a problem very very very very very very very very very frustrating because there seems to be no one else with this problem, and if there is someone so I was not able to find a thread about it.  Please help me before go me crazy.

  The D830 has Sigmatel audio hardware. The company went bankrupt before Win 7 but you can install the Sigmatel Vista version R171788 in compatibility mode.

  Download the driver package and extract the files (unzip or decompress and take note of the name of the folder created) but cancel the installation process. Go to the folder on the hard disk to which you have unpacked the driver files
  c:\Dell\Drivers\Rxxxxxx

  Find the setup.exe file and right-click on it. Select Properties. Find the Compatibility tab and select Vista.

  Had to rebuild my beloved Portege M100, after a hard disk failure.
  Everything works well except the video player.

  Tried using Windows Media Player and Intervideo Win DVD, but the two close as soon as the video starts.
  WMP has said that this is a problem with a codec called ivivideo forming Intervideo and Corel as they are now.

  However, their site is less useful and I can't find a way to update.

  It s small tool/player which can be downloaded for free.
  It plays most files smoothly.

  In addition, you could install some packages of codec as K-Lite codec pack

  From what you describe, it seems not that the driver has been installed successfully.

  Try the driver W7 directly from Intel... a 3rd on the list.

  RE: "access denied" following the installation of Firefox question. I have the same problem. Details below: I tried opening in Mode safe that has not worked. I have administrative access. When I click on the general tab in properties, I get a message that there is no such thing as "firefox.exe". This file, or any other type 'install' file appears in the directory Mozilla Firefox with the exception of 'uninstall '. I downloaded and tried to install seven times from six different sources, including Mozilla, all with the same results. I also tried a number of solutions on the web for this error without great success. I tried, first of all, to make an upgrade, then remove the old version of Firefox and have been 'install' since then. Avast, Malwarebytes and Threatfire found no malware.

• Mozilla is slow on some loading sites, other times, sites not to load any. None of the fixes worked... tried all.

  have tried all the fixes, this system could throw to me, honestly tried 98% of them myself already, once more. Anyway my question is that sites like CNN.com, IGN.com, mozilla.org (and some but not all of the related sites) will be hanging and loads very slowly or not at all.   I could forget a little, but like I said I read never bitten this emergency program have thrown at me and tried. I am quite at a loss I can usually clear what kind of things myself. I really want to get this working and short the very unpleasant, or even ineffective reinstalled windows, I'm out of ideas.

  you have an update for firefox just a minute it y a. seems to have been ironed out the remaining lag in loading pages. Still not sure what all that fixed.   When I finished installing, partitioning, and all other actions prompted for installing windows 7 with boot camp, my mac restarted all of a sudden without promote me. My 32 gb SanDisk Cruzer Blade was hooked up to an external USB hub. My screen came up with a console that says something in the sense of ' no disc of starting (or reader) detected - insert and press a key to continue. " I then plugged my FlashDrive directly in the USB interface on my Mac. Then I pushed every button on my keyboard, but nothing happened. I then force reset my Mac and retried, but alas, it didn't work. My computer is stuck here and will not respond to anything else. Any help is appreciated.
