  Also Toshiba you can t get a recovery disk. You will need to contact an authorized service provider.

  So I kinda messed up...

  I wanted to see if a clean install would be better than the standard configuration on my E420s. I thought I could do a factory reset of the disc "Lenovo_Recovery." But it seems that I should have burned the recovery discs until I formatted my E420s.

  I don't quite know what to do now. Can I get the Lenovo recovery discs? Or in the store where I bought my laptop?

  The manufacturer of your system will sell you the Windows disk at low cost since you already own windows.
  If you know someone with the same computer you can use their drive as long as it is the
  even 32 or 64 bit as yours. Just use your product ID, the disc are not protected against copying.
  You need the OEM version for your model because it has drivers and other specials
  for the system you have.
