  I'm currently developing a program of position control in labview.   As I understand it, the use of shift registers with a structure of the event (to detect a user event when the user enters a new value) should solve the problem. Do not forget to post your request (or a version of it that isolates the issue) when you arrive at the lab, if we can get a clear visual of the issue you are facing.

  I have had the same problem since I got my 3 Surface Pro running Windows Pro 8.1.  The problem still occurs after the installation of Windows 10.  Oddly enough, I'm also under 8 ESET with installed anti-theft. I wonder if it is the source of the problems.

  I continue to delete accounts, but they continue to come back.l

  I ran several security with 8 ESET and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware scans and everything seems to be clean.

  I'll try and disable the function of protection against theft of ESET to see if that makes a difference.

  I suggest that you try to run the file system (CFS) Checker scan to check all the corruption of .dll files.

  1. Go to Start, click all programs and open the Accessories.
  2. Right-click on command prompt in the list programs, and then select run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click OK.
  3. In the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:

  I ISE 2.0 with certificate based authentication using EAP-FAST. When a new user who never logged on the machine, try to connect... the user certificate does not exist and anyconnect found no valid certificate... and that's my problem.

  I have to allow this user to connect on my PKI and run the GPO update to download the certificate.  is it possible to impllement without any certificate eap-fast authentication? example:-anonymous certificate or self-signed certificate?

  So what you see here is the expected behavior. Your machine is not allowed on the network until it has the appropriate certificates, but you can't get the appropriate certificates until you connect to the network :)

  So, what are your options here:

  1 use the mode of low Impact instead of the closed mode. This allows you to define a pre authorization ACL that grants limited access to new machines so that they can enter all necessary GPO, certificates, etc..

  2. you can configure a rule based only on the computer certificate that allows limited access that will allow the user certificate to be issued. After that, a certificate of authenticity can be started and the user will then authenticate using both the user machine identification information +.

  As a Windows Home Server and most wise OS facilities, the system drive is isolated and a drive of 2 or 3 for everything else.  Get a problem? Just restore the system drive.

  You can follow the post here. This is attributed to Jimmie R. Houts.

  You can move the entire folder C:\Users to another drive quite easily once windows is installed:

  1. Boot from the installation media and access the command prompt (I think you need to click on fix everything first)
  2. Use Robocopy to copy C:\Users to D:\Users: robocopy c:\Users d:\Users /mir /xj
     a. /mir says robocopy to mirror directories, this will copy all files and permissions
     b. /xj is very important, it means robocopy does not follow the points of junction. If you forget this, you will have a lot of trouble.
  3. Make sure that the files copied successfully
  4. Delete c:\Users
  5. Create the junction pointing d:\Users: mklink /d c:\Users d:\Users

  That's all. I used this process for Vista RTM with no problems.

  Here's an article that explains as well. Just use robocopy instead of xcopy as it does in the article in order to avoid possible ntfs permissions problems.

  Update: because I discovered the hard way, I thought I would mention also that if you plan on switching "Program Data", or "Program Files" with this method, you will be disappointed to know that everything works as expected, but the windows updates will install is no longer. I don't know if this problem has been fixed in Win 7.

  With the foregoing, it is not a Microsoft forum or Web site so you will have to use at your own risk. I also recommend to do a system restore point before making any changes in directories that you can then go back to a previous state.
