    Hi aloum,.

    (a) what kind of mouse you are using?

    (b) the left button of the mouse seems to be stuck or it does not meet the click? This only happens with certain applications?

Step 1: Test the mouse on another computer or another mouse on the test computer

To determine whether the mouse or the computer is defective, follow these steps:

    1. test the mouse in question on a system that works, you know. If the problem appears to follow the mouse, you may need to return or replace the mouse.

2 test a mouse you know is working on the computer in question. If the problem seems to stay on the computer, then the problem is most likely related to the software.

In regard to the battery not holding charge

Battery problems are often associated with the battery itself. If you encounter this problem, contact your mobile PC manufacturer. If you purchased the battery separately from the notebook computer, contact the manufacturer of the battery.

  • Need power supply/cord for battery charger CB-2LYE for powershot SX710. Suggestions?

Buy powershot foreign SX710. Power cord that attaches to the bateery charger does not catch US. Where can I buy just the power cord (and what he calls really? my research do not work...)

You can get the charger all this and the cord for about 15 euros with free shipping or less on the auction sites. I doubt that a cord will be much less but if you really want one then you will need to measure the length width depth and take note of the curves and look for electronic like DigiKey or YouDoIt or allied or other suppliers. Radio Shack maybe.

Terms such as the power cord, power cord, power cord AC power might work

    Or for $ 15:

    Hello

    > My system warranty has expired and passes through 'Authorized support vendors' Toshiba was useless
    I n think so.

First of all, you know that a disassembly of the laptop is very delicate and not easy. ASP technicians have sufficient experience to perform this replacement with touch course. I mean you have no risk something would be accidentally damaged during disassembly procedure.

Second, you must contact the local ASP to get a compatible power cord.
I think you'd need a power cord which has been designed especially for the A100 series.
Guys could order directly from Toshiba.

  • Pavilion 17F061us: power supply problems

Yesterday I noticed that my laptop is running on battery power, even if we connected it with the adapter/power cord. If we unplug the power cord from the battery is exhausted and visualizes time on battery.  While we have plugged into the wall it still shows on the battery, but it does not destroy.  She remains stable at the current level of battery power (ex: all day yesterday, it was plugged in and showed the other 70%.)  To do this, not fees, but also not to lose more power.  When I unplugged the power cord battery power starts flowing as expected.  The box on the adapter cord feels slightly warm, will be especially warm before this current problem.  Taking wiggles but only slightly and waved to does not affect the power somehow.  I shutdown, removed the battery and tried restarted with the power supply cord is plugged in, it does not start.  I am currently planning to order a new power cord/adapter charger but not sure that this is the problem.  Is anyway to know if it's decision and not the wrong other than exclude with a new shot cord cord?   Also, is there anything else I may be missing it could be?

  • OfficeJet Pro 8500 a-green power supply light on-Quit printing using as a copier

I was using the printer as a copier, placing documents on the glass and close the cover.   About 8 different documents, then the printer just quit so that, in the middle of printing a page printed.   Green power light is on, but when I push it, it is not off. Touch control panel does not respond.  Nothing seems to function.   Tried to unplug the power cord at the back, unplug the unit from the wall and disconnect the power supply cord.  Plugged everything back in after about 10 minutes to be disconnected and no help.  Green power light turns on but no function doesn't seem to work.  Have windows 7, 64 bit HP computer, but the copier function should work even if not connected to the computer.

    Appreciate any help.   Thank you

    Carl

It seems that the firmware may have had a fatal error occurs. I'm afraid there is little you can do to solve the problem. Try the procedure described in the document below. If this does not work, you will need to replace the printer.

  • G62-220US: G62-220US laptop power supply problems

Does not charge the battery in the laptop intermittently, and the laptop intermittently won't start when the battery is low or taken out and the AC adapter is connected.  HP Diagnostics said that the battery is good, but reaches the end of its life and should be replaced soon.  What I found with troubleshooting, it is that when the battery is charged, the computer starts up and seems to work fine.  However, I found that the computer sometimes shows that the power adapter is not plugged in and recharge the battery even when it is connected.  For example, at the present time it is said that the battery is at 67% and the laptop is unplugged.  When I run the HP battery check it says the battery is working properly and that it currently pays.  I have the AC adapter is plugged in, the light by the power supply cord is white.  What I found online said that the light must be yellow when it is plugged and charge and white when it is plugged in and fully charged.

My two question... first of all, is there a way to solve problems in order to determine if the problem is with the AC adapter or with something else inside the laptop?  Second, if I do not need to get parts for the laptop, like a new AC power adapter, where can I go to find out what part numbers do I need and where to order?

I have found a solution to my problem this weekend, thanks to finally learn how to talk to someone at HP support.

What I discovered with further troubleshooting, is that when the laptop is off and plugged in, the power light may be amber indicating that the battery has been recharged.  As soon as I would turn it on, the power light would become white, and the computer reports that it was not connected to current alternative.  HP recommends firstly that I reset the default BIOS, I did, but that didn't help.  The next step has been updated from the BIOS to the latest version.  It was a bit tricky, because the program doesn't make you that, while it is running on battery power, but I had made to tell things to do still.  After it was over, and the computer restarts, it of see the power adapter and charge the battery as it should.  Looks like the issue was a glitch in the software of BIOS, update to the latest version which fixed.

  • sudden loss of battery power, connection lost, lose all power from power supply disconnected, does not recognize battery

I have a Sony VAIO & use the largest of the battery (extended life) since I bought it 3 years ago fighting.  I was always able to automatically switch the power supply of the battery by simply unplugging, or computer plugging in AC on leash.  And, I was always able to see the battery down icon to the left of the screen (taskbar) & it would show % battery remaining.  Now, all at once, as soon as the power supply cord is UN-plugged the laptop turns off completely, no reserve power at all & I can't find the info of the battery. anywhere on the computer.  Icon no longer appears in the lower left corner & when I go into the power settings, the "Battery 1" icon is grayed out, so it seems that the computer is not finding all the batteries.  It happened so suddenly.  Could battery comes essentially lost all its power & become non-existent to the computer, or is this a computer problem, battery not recognize.  Not sure if this puts some I can fix somewhere, or if I need to have a computer repair man to fix the real computer.  Please HELP, I am desperate to solve this problem, as a laptop does not really serve its purpose if it must be connected to the hard power all the time!  TX in advance for a help, suggestions.

Yes, most things are cheaper to replace than to trouble.

But if the laptop seems to work ok otherwise, he might just be easier to see if there is a recall on the faulty battery or if it is still under warranty.  In addition, sometimes you can add a little more memory to the old system and see some performance improvements

on the other hand, replacement of the laptop can be problematic because the old machine has all the programs installed on it, registered product keys and has accumulated years of personal files.  and sometimes old expensive programs won't work on newer versions of windows.

the argument would be to close the new machine on the standards you eventually accept.

  • Power supply with Acer Aspire X 1200 problem

Hello world. I need help. I'm new to Acer Community Forum, but have a problem with my off-warranty X 1200 desktop model. It turns off and I am unable to start it. I changed outlets and also changed the power supply cord. Still nothing. The only thing I see on the Acer Support site is "check the tension on the system setting", but no explanation on how to do this. The system has a fuse that could be replaced? Someone had a similar problem? Any ideas as to what I can do to feed her top? Thank you.

    Ethel

Thanks for your comments. It turns out that I was able to 'test' the PSU using the method "trombone" (20-24 pin, placing the trombone open between the Green and of the sons of black earth) and confirmed that the most likely guilty was in fact the power supply. I bought a new one on eBay (about $53) and in 2 days it had in my hands. I followed an other UTube on how to replace the power SUPPLY and even if I there was, cleaned dust on the fan, etc., put everything together, and SUCCESS! Now everything works fine. I agree that it would have been probably not cost-effective to have Geek Squad troubleshoot and replace the power supply, but to do it myself, I would say that it was well worth! Considering that it was the first time that I NEVER opened a tour, I feel pretty good on the result. Thanks again for your response! Ethel

  • Power cord power supply and adapters for series nr9700

I would like to buy a replacement power supply cord and possibly an adapter for my laptop nr9700.  passing by the parts store is quite expensive but I think 11.25 in freight for a power cord is outrageous.213349 - 001 is the part number for the power supply cord and 432309-001 for the adapter.  Is there something else comparable for the power cord?

I have a wireless connection and want to move the laptop from one room to the other without constantly by unplugging and plugging it in.

Or you could just buy it here to 63.99 USD (sale today) - includes sector and power cord adapter and it comes with a 1 year warranty.

  • Satellite C660: Wireless Internet when remove the power supply drops

    Hello
new Tosh Satellite C660 laptop works fine when the power supply cord is connected, soon as directed power is removed drops internet connection, usually to the second web page (the first web page is accessible, failure occurs usually when you try to access a new page)

When I connect the power cable, internet connectivity returns as usual!

I've been on the Advanced page setings power management,
I have power settings "balanced" set up, and for the realtek card wireless put the plug and batttery power to maaximum settings (before they were to the maximum for diet and balanced for battery) even if it has no impact.

The connection between the laptop and the wireless box seems 'excellent' level, the internet is the element which is a failure.

I use the standard realteck card from the laptop (Realtek RTL8188CE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC) a D-Link Wireless N Router (DIR-615 ver1.00) and standard Modem provided by Virginmedia who bring them my services to wide band.

    All suggestions are welcome!

    Hello

Try the Realtek WLan driver Realtek page.

I read here in the forum that it has helped to get rid of these questions.
Of course, you must also disable as mentioned in your message to save energy.

I tried to find a replacement, because even if the laptop is under warranty from PCWorld/Currys they want to return the laptop as well as the adapter AC HP - take anything up to 5 weeks - HP Technical Support say they cannot do anything because I ordered a part of Best2Serve - despite the fact that said the part actually will not work with my laptop
