This question goes to those who normally use, or perhaps use the toy of the power of Microsoft which has a Re sizer image and they want - if you do not change the pictures or knows no image editing etc....   I am convinced there is no staff person at Microsoft who have an interest in photography because Microsoft has not come out with anything that looks remotely Digital Image Starter Edition and/or Suite or similar since it was released in 1996. It was 14 years ago. Think of the interest for photography and photography giant growth and product photography, etc... all this seems to have escaped to the spirit of an entire society for more than a decade. How is that possible? Then Windows 7 comes out, and with it, not a single program remotely associated with this boom in the huge market that is PHOTOGRAPHY and all that it encompasses. Not even the new SIZER IMAGE that Microsoft added to XP and was a hands down... feeling! Not in Vista and millions of complaints/requests to bring to the rear for - recycle for Vista - all ignored for the next 3 years - not in Windows 7. During this time... Mac sales are sky monte skyrocket. Was this all just too much to ask a simple society... couldn't you have at least thrown buyer of Windows 7 a bone and include the Power Toy Image Re sizer you missed in Vista and add it to Windows 7? I've read articles where other people say the same thing, I am at the moment - all eager to know W H Y?

  The digital camera - videos - etc... the industry has exploded with new technologies and became 'the' new obsession/hobby/interests of thousands or even millions of people - make the pro little people who cared too long at all if they captured a moment on film. How does this "boom" (if you want) in the interest of this leaflet thought eyes and the thoughts and minds of ALL the creative staff at Microsoft... it's amazing really - who are the spirits of power/creation at Microsoft for lack of a better term - IDIOTS... My God - no one is STUPID THAT... because it is simply STUPID.

  If Microsoft (and Microsoft is probably) a SILENCE behind closed doors with say ADOBE to promote ADOBE and AGREEMENT at the same time works back to create whatever it is perhaps at a more reasonable cost that are competing directly with ADOBE and others - and then go out with him... because it's really make Microsoft look STUPID and God knows they have accumulated more than way too many "STUPID" already in the years - come clean on this because this is a HUGE BEAST. And PLEASE... If you're not going to acknowledge the industry of digital image which is 1 million miles ahead of you already - please at least... re-the Power tool Toy "Image Re-sizer" for Windows 7 64 bit... which may not be so difficult or too much to ask - and if the statements that I made in this message are not sufficient reason - then please read thousands of blogs. etc... there where others wondering the same thing of you / Microsoft.   Well, if you look at this thread, you will see that you "run" Windows XP in a 7 GB partition: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_xp-performance/i-have-a-7gb-hdd-running-xp-it-has-very-few/13cf682f-9847-414a-9e9f-83c5c229d3cd but what computer "has very few applications and no photo or music.

  A more realistic size would be 18-20 GB.

  I suggest regular backups instead of make a partition of the "minimum size".  If you follow your current plan, you will be before too long asked how to develop your system partition, because it is too small.

  I suggest that you configure the computer to start in minimum mode, download the update from the Download Center and try to install the update.

  To perform a clean boot on a computer that is running Windows Vista:

  a. Click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.

  b. on the general tab, click Selective startup.

  c. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.

  d. click OK.

  e. When prompted, click on restart.

  f. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.

  If your problem is resolved after the clean boot, and then follow the steps in the following article to narrow down the exact source:

  you go to the website of the manufacturer of your printer and download the latest drivers for Windows 7. Sometimes, if you use a driver that is not intended for your operating system, then your device can operate and install, but some features may not work.

  If they do not have an updated driver, then try the compatibility mode for Windows XP and see if your printer will work correctly.

  It was reported many problems with older versions of PSE and WIN10.

  I don't use CC so I don't know why it only allows you to change the size of the window.  In your picture, you have the arrows you will need to click to get the size of the right window, AFTER you have entered a new size.  That's how I did on my version of CS6.

  I have a video of music finished and when I export there is a black box around the video. I tried to put the exported file back in first and by resizing the area program, but when I exported the video became unstable. I could resize each item individually in the first original file, but it would obviously take a lot of time, so I was wondering if there is a way to select them all and resizing, or even another way to cut out the black bars (trying to size for youtube).   Welcome to the forum.

  The best way to handle things is to choose a pre-defined sequence that matches your footage source of the layer at 100%.

  In light of the where you are now, you can go to your first Clip and adjust the fixed effect > Motion > adapted for her greatness. Then, Rt-click on it, choosing the copy. Now select all the other Clips (Lasso with the slider will work) and then Rt click, choose the attributes of the dough.

  CS5 offers a new tool to configure your sequence. Import your footage source of the layer, then select it in the project Panel, drag it to the new icon to get a corresponding sequence.
