I have my apologies if this was taken over, but I am struggling to find the answer, I enter my code redemption, but whenever I have download Photoshop or light room is only the trial version I m really take off as how to solve this problem.

Hi I have a current plan of photography for £8.87 per month which is paid and up-to-date, it allows me to use PSCC and LR. I've updated the two about a week ago and now LR is ok but PS says it's now a trial and I want to buy it and my trial runs out soon? How can I get to the scene, I was up front with the full version of PS?

Please follow the steps below.
Solution 1: -.
1 sign out and sign back for creative cloud.

Solution 2: -.
Check the "hosts" adobe entered into file. (If you don't see all the entries of adobe, go to solution 3)
1. go to the location of the file "Hosts".
WIN: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
MAC: Go to the menu finder on top > go to files > type '/ etc', press return.
2. move the file hosts on the desktop.
3. open.
WIN: Open it with Notepad.
MAC: double click on it.
4 remove all entries of adobe, that it does not obstruct your machine to connect to the Adobe's Activation Server.
5. rear move "/ etc" folder.
Solution 3: -.
1. check if you are using any kind of firewall (network/system) / proxy.
2. turn off firewall / proxy.

Paid for the plan of photography, but still the trial comes...
How can I Exchange and use my PS and LR correctly? When I start to run software that they ask the serial number which I can't find in any email from Adobe. I paid for the plan of photography. Could someone help please? Thank you, Helga

I can swap photoshop from windows to mac so I pre paid the annual plan and upgrade to a pc windows on a mac?
Yes, creative cloud is flexible like that. Any 'swap' is necessary. You can turn on both computers and they can be for OS X, Windows, or both. Then you will certainly be able to install and activate on a Mac on your current plan, even if you are still enabled on your PC.

I have trouble finding a way to pass the plan of photography with photoshop and lightroom paid monthly $9.99 to the creative cloud for education - all apps for $19.99. When I go to the plans that the $19.99 option does not appear, only a $53.10 option is even if I am a student. I'd like to get some clarification as to why the option $19.99 is not visible under the plans switch to section to manage your plan.

In the case you do not get the opportunity to switch plans, please Contact Customer Care for assistance and information.
If they get the opportunity to pass the plan, they will change it for you, otherwise the left option should cancel the subscription and buy a new one.

Difference between the plan of photography and unique app

I want to choose between one of the plans - photography plan and Plan App unique
I'm from the India. I have a few questions and doubts about plans, I want the concern team to meet each of my straightened queries. It will be much appreciated.
Plan of photography, I see that for 2 Applications, CC of Photoshop and Lightroom CC price is Rs. 499 /-per month (paid annually). Whereas if I choose only one App pland and select software is Photoshop in this case, the price is Rs. 1000 /-per month (paid annually)
It's a bit confusing to me. For only Rs. 499 /-I get both apps and Rs. 1000 /-I get one App. Why so.
Are there other differences, that I can't know. Can anyone please suggest me the complete list of the differences between these two plans, which is not included in this link - pricing and membership creative cloud plans | Adobe Creative Cloud

2. If I want to choose the plan of photography that is currently showing Rs. 499 /-per month. And if I want to unsubscribe or stop after 2 months, then do I have to pay fees for 2 months only or for the entire year or 50% of the total price of the year.
3. Similarly, if I have to stop after 7 months, then I will have to pay the price for 7 months (7 x 499 = 3493) or for the entire year.
4. Finally, do I have the possibility, to cancel the subscription at anytime in between, say for everything after 2 or 7 months or more.
5. I will be able to continue software also offline by downloading them to my computer or laptop or simply by connecting online. Can I use the application on my mobile too with the plan of photography. I mean is there any mobile application also who will be given free to use after you have purchased the plan of photography.
6. can I download and install apps on several desktop and laptops also. Or at least a desktop and a laptop.
7. will I get free CC of Photoshop and Lightroom CC updates after purchase of photography for a year and free plan.
8 will. what kind of support I once I bought the plan of photography. I get telephone, chat and support the type of ticket or email support or one of these.

Photoshop photography program mentioned in the article was an older plan which is no longer available. It has been replaced by Cloud creative photography program.

Hello is anyone here! I need to buy adobe photoshop and illustrator, but I want to pay all at once, is the annual one should I choose? pre paid? Can I choose a less expensive option because I can't really afford it. Subscription plans are your least expensive option on an annual basis, but do not continue to pay each year in order to continue using them. The alternative is to buy CS6 which is much more costly in terms of what you pay in the year (day).,... almost all of the costs.

You can install Apps CC on two desktop computers because it is assumed that a user can have a desktop machine and the other one at home, but it is presumed that the two do not work at the same time.
On Mobile, you can install mobile applications on each device you want.

The Plan of photography is a commitment of 12 months, paid in monthly instalments.
If you cancel at the beginning (after 1 month, but before the 12 months), there is a cancellation fee (50% of the remaining contract obligation).
Adobe - General conditions of subscription
Cloud plans automatically renew every year. It is up to you to contact Adobe to cancel.

The dongle is normall work on ANY Windows XP (SP2) or higher OS - whether on a desktop, laptop, netbook or Tablet - simply plug it into an available USB port and follow the instructions that come with it.
Your ISP does not need to know anything - but it is much cheaper to use focused on fixed-line broadband that the dongle-based, generally speaking, so I would stick with the landline for your desktop, unless you have a fault on the line.
All the dongles are based on usage - here in England you can get 1 GB prepaid for £10, 3 GB for £15 and 7 GB for 25 books on my ISP (and refills are valid for 28 days so you lose any unused allowance). What is the where you are I have no idea. Be aware that many providers expire your SIM card, if it is not replenished for a period of time (3 months, I think, for mine)
Contract dongles can be cheaper - and have quotas of similar (or better) use.

I just downloaded the Plan of photography with Lightroom CC. Is this version LR 5 orLR6?
It should be the CC version which is equivalent to 6 with a cup of extra features, if you look at the on the screen, it should show it as 2015.5.1.

I recently downloaded cloud creative with Lightroom and made the 30-day trial. Subsequently, I subscribed plan of photography. However, the client creative Cloud continues to tell me to buy a license.
My computer: Windows 7 64 bit with latest updates
What I've tried so far:
- Followed all the steps possible in Adobe FAQ concerning the activation of license problems
- Signed and several times (in the CC customer AND also in the app itself)
- Reinstalled Lightroom CC
- Lightroom AND reinstalled creative Cloud customer
- Cleaned with CCleaner just to be sure
None of this has helped.
And when I try to contact support, it gives me the opportunity to communicate with the community or start a conversation. But the chat option is a simple text element and cannot be clicked (browsers: Google Chrome, Vivaldi)
Does anyone have an idea what else I could try?

I didn't click the blue box and displays me three options: chat, community forums.
The phone option has been crossed (not planned my subscription) and the chat option could not be clicked in any of my browsers.
However, I found a post on a cleaning of Adobe tool and it seems that my hosts file was broken. It works now.
