Premiere Pro CC 2015 export: unknown error when using many large jpegs

Hello

This is something that I remember reading about in older versions of first, but in the 2015 version, this always seems to happen. It is therefore more than a report bug to a question, because I have a workaround for it. If this isn't the right place to present this kind of info, please let me know.

Scenario: I create a video project and import a large number of large JPEG images taken by a digital camera (12-20 Megapixel, 50 + photos).

To help each other in the sequence and then try to export the video as file causes an unknown error during export times randomly, sometimes at the beginning, sometimes in the Middle, no mater which exit do format, bitrate, settings, etc.

How I solved the problem: I resized pictures on about 4 million pixels - and viola - everything travels very well.

I also noticed, that when the project contains only a few large images, it can work also still very good export, but if there are more than a few, the error starts occurring.

Don't know which version of CC 2015 I used, I can check later.

I hope this feedback is helpful for you guys

Edit: the machined used is a quad core Xeon, 16 GB of RAM, nVidia GTX750, SSD + 2x1To Raid0

It was never recommended to use ginormous stills in first. A batch resize in Photoshop or IrFanView for instance would take a few seconds and certainly ease the burden on your software and your hardware.

Thank you

Jeff

  • Premiere Pro CC 2015 export comparison of error

When rendering of PPCC 2015 on OSX, all the class OS and applications - I noticed that my 1080 p prores project makes very good, (film length 24 hr. 2 p) when choosing Match Source.  However when choosing an option to export in 720 p, the same codec - full compilation film crash, with an unknown error error as the subcode.

Is there a reason, or even the downsizing adding to the load of memory? that could be the case?

    Thanks in advance

    j.

    Hi JonF,

Is there a reason, or even the downsizing adding to the load of memory? that could be the case?

Yes, there is. The scale is a process accelerated by the GPU, upon export according to the Protocol of the Mercury playback engine. If you switch the GPU acceleration off the coast in the project settings (choose software only), you probably are not the film compilation error, but the treatment will take much more time. Probably, you need a GPU that has more VRAM to do what you want to do.

Since we don't know your hardware configuration, it is all just a guess. If you have a low power GPU, then, I guess you got your bottleneck.

  • Unknown error when using Vision USB3 with PixeLink D725CU-T

    Hello

I recently bought a camera PixeLINK PL-D725CU-T to use with LabVIEW. The camera is a camera USB 3.0 and meets the standard USB3.0 Vision according to the here AIA Web site: http://www.visiononline.org/product-catalog-detail.cfm?productid=4196.

Unfortunately, when I try to set the camera using the Acquisition of Vision of NOR-IMAQdx USB3.0 drivers and run the camera in MAX I get error unknown 0xBFF6903B. I have a vision capture program I wrote in LabVIEW 2016-64-bit as well as survey the same mistake (I PSS and have everything updated versions latest software as part of my troubleshooting).

The camera works through DirectShow in MAX interface and my LabVIEW program suggesting an incompatibility with the current IMAQdx driver. I have read a few previous posts on the update of the firmware on the cameras and am currently in contact with the manufacturer to try to resolve the problem on this end as well. Is there a way to revert to an earlier version of the Acquisition of the Vision to see if a previous version worked? Or I am barking the wrong tree here?

I am running Windows 7 64 bit system. I have versions of LabVIEW installed 32-bit and 64-bit 2016.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you.

This problem has been resolved with an update of the firmware of PixeLINK so the patch you mentioned that was provided by OR support and support PixeLINK.

OK, delivered by Adobe technical support. Discovered that the error was in the PDF file that is delivered from the Web site. He saw very well, but in the edition had problems. Solution was to print the defective original PDF, the Adobe PDF printer and then edit the new file. It worked well.

  • Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 - output files (export) seem to be big enough

I don't know if I should post this in German or English, so I'll stick to the English especially that most of the people who will probably understand better.

My overall problem is explained by the great title but incase people understand here, that's my direct explanation:

When I load the program and put in the files to work with, I have rather small files. The biggest case was so far about 500 MB big.

Of course, it's already a good amount, but after using another program called "Hand brake", I have to use, it drops to about 200 MB.

After the use of Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015, bringing together audio and video and export video that was created in the main folder are big, about 5 GB.

I must be doing something wrong here, and I know that for sure. I'm not a skilled Editor could understand most of the things in the program itself. Basic tutorials don't really help here either.

But here some details as to what I mainly prior to export. Maybe it helps to understand what the problem is:

-I mainly do it for my Hobby, which is YouTube, which means that I record with Bandicam and boldness.

-Bandicam records everything in a MP4 file.

-Premiere Pro adobe does not allow me to use MP4 for export, or she at least is not displayed.

-Adobe gives me rather MPEG for export.

-Not much knowing that I check especially the area that allows me to use the settings of the master files (or that's how I understood it)

    And that's all.

If I seem a bit helpless with this post, it is because I was never on a Forum that focuses on programs such as these.

I have been mainly game for a long time and have barely touched the video editing.

Thank you very much for reading

    Good day

    Hello

When you're ready to export from first, choose the Format "H.264" in Media Encoder that will create a .mp4 file. Further, hit the drop-down list for Preset (found under Format) and scroll to the bottom of the many options and you will find presets for YouTube. Find the one who Records corresponds to your images, for example 1080 p 29.97. Do not check the box 'Source Match'.

    Hope this helps you

    Thank you

  • Premiere Pro CC 2015 video / Audio won't play - Out-of-Sync Audio and video clock errors

After the installation of Premiere Pro CC 2015 I am unable to actually play my video in the timeline.

I must point out that the same video and audio files accurate work perfectly in my previous version of CC 2014.

Usually when I hit the play button nothing will happen and then after a time it will stutter back and fourth between a small loop (no audio present) and give an error that says "clock Audio and video out-of-sync (instead of time) in"Adobe Player.

I tried full uninstall and reinstall Premiere Pro CC software 2015 without success. I also tried to delete all the preferences of Premiere Pro to my settings user without success. I should also mention that after effects CC 2015 is oddly also often send me errors do not have enough executives, so I'm not sure if they are related. Once more, the CC 2014 version works perfectly.

For reference the video file is a .avi with Xvid compression and sound is a .wav. These have always been used exactly the same with CC in 2014 without problem.

    Computer:

8.1 - fully updated for Windows

    NVIDIA GTX 780 video card

    32 GB of ram

    3770K i7 processor

All Nvidia drivers are also updated.

I also ran a full virus and malware scan just in case for some strange reason, that was at fault, and I ran into zero issues. Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Illustrator CC 2015 that all seem to work great.

I am quite technically savvy and this one left me speechless, that really stinks that I was looking forward to the potential improvements to speed updates. That's life.
