Premiere Pro could not find capable video game modules

Hi all

I use Adobe first Pro CC and have updated to the latest version and I get a "cannot find module of the video" well tried all the solutions proposed by Adobe: http://helpx.Adobe.com/Premiere-Pro/KB/error---preludevideo-play-modules.html

Previous versions of Premiere Pro works perfectly, but when its updates, it just fails.

My laptop has an i7-4700HQ processor and running a GeForce GTX850M GPU.

I really need to get this race to the top as soon as possible because I have a presentation in 5 hours.

Any suggestions?

I'm on WIndows 8.1

It turns out that it was a driver problem. Had to completely uninstall all my video drivers and do a fresh install. Just display for future reference.

  • Premiere Pro CC 2014 error 'first pro could not find capable video game modules.

Hello, I'm having a problem with Premiere Pro CC 2014. Whenever I try to open it, it displays an error saying that "Premiere pro can't find capable video game modules". In the start screen, when it starts to load, it stucks at loading "ImporterQuickTime.prm", and then displays the error. I tried to reinstall the program, update the drivers for my graphics card, delete the Temp files, rename folders called Adobe to OldAdobe, by installing the latest version of Quick Time, and a lot more that I don't remember. Surprisingly, first works in my old PC and when I say old, is OLD, it has only 1 GB of RAM, and it still works there. The PC in which that I am trying to open it, is much better, has 4 GB of RAM and runs almost all of the games and programs like CC Flash and Photoshop CC. Please help me someone, any solution will be really appreciated. Thank you and sorry for my English .

  • Premiere Pro CS6 could not find capable video game modules.

Hello everyone. I just bought the Production Premium CS6 and when I try to start the first I get this error message: "Adobe Premiere Pro could not find capable video game modules. "Your video please put updated display drivers and try again." This message comes after she tries to load the file importerquicktime. I tried to uninstall the software and reinstall anything will do. In fact, now I get also three other error boxes that all say: ' LoadLibrary failed with error 126: the specified module could not be found. " I did an extensive search online over the past two days to try to solve my problem myself... but nothing, I tried worked. I even read through all the threads already posted on these forums. Does anyone have any suggestions? Before posting, here are the things I've already tried as well as some technical:

    HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC

    Windows 7 (64-bit)

    8 GB RAM

    Intel Core i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz

    F.13 BIOS (25/04/2011)

AMD Radeon HD 6700 M Series (driver version: 8.980.0.0)

Mobile Intel HD Graphics (driver version: 8.830.6.2000)

    • I tried to uninstall the software.
    • I tried to update my drivers for both of the graphics cards (even if one of them do not have an update, it seems)
    • I run the software as an administrator.
    • I tried to go to the display settings and disable the Intel card. (this because low resolution that is unexceptable)
    • I went to the Catalyst Control Center and put the first to 'High Power' which is supposed to use the AMD card.
    • I open the BIOS, but there is no option to change anything graphical associates. (many people have to tell people to change switchable graphics set here, but I don't have any option)
    • I took my battery.
    • I uninstalled quicktime and reinstalled the latest version.
    • I downloaded and installed the latest version of first (as it was released the day before, I bought)

I tried other things I think, but at this point, I have tried so many things, that I'm starting to forget. Nothing seems to work for me... I am wanting to use the first to edit this short video I want to release Wednesday, but this puts me behind. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

    BEST METHOD!

I spent more than 24 hours to find a way to solve this problem. And that's...
    1. right click on desktop, and select switchable graphics properties.
    2. click on the Browse button and go to the folder of installation of Adobe premiere cs6
    3. Select cs6.exe first icon and click Open.
    4. set manually to high performance and click on apply.
    5. repeat the above instructions, once more and instead select premierecs6.exe, select GPUsniffer.exe, and click on open again.
6 and set it to high performance and click on apply.
    7 enjoy CS6

First Pro CC stalls on "ImporterQuickTime.prm", and then it crashes with a message error "Premiere Pro could not find capable video game modules. Please update your video display drivers and start over. "I have tried the solutions on the page support and several I found on the internet. Thank you

    Thanks again John for help,.

It turns out that the problem was (kinda sorta) display drivers. The index was the stall at ImporterQuickTime.prm followed by the error screen that refers to the inability to find a suitable driver. Many years ago I tested the JAWS software for I can have a better understanding of what vision hearing person with a disability during the analysis of a website accessible. I've never bothered to remove this software. When I checked my devices on Windows drivers, I discovered that I had a virtual mirror of Freedom Scientific (the creators of JAWS) driver. After you remove the software and driver, I was able to open the first Pro CC normally, even after repeated tests and restarting my computer. It worked perfectly every time.

Regarding my previous success (and shortly after failure), I'm still distraught as to why it worked, even temporarily.

It is a cause of the moat of the failure and the fix probably will not help everyone.

    Kind regards

When I open Adobe first Pro CC I get this error message:

I checked and my NVIDIA GPU is updated

I build this computer from new components:

CPU: Intel processor 3,4 GHz (with Intel HD Graphics)
GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce 650Ti BOOST (2 GB).

    RAM: 16GB DDR3 1333

I tried to make sure the first uses only instead of Intel NVIDIA card, but it does not work. This could be the key to solve the problem. But I don't know how to do this.

PS Please do not comment «I also have this problem...» "WITHOUT some kind of help. It does not help anyone. I noticed that this is a problem with the people of AMD GPU. BUT the help with NVIDIA.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THIS WORKS, BUT IT THE FACT.

I clicked "Properties" and then clicked on 'Compatibility' and under 'Compatibility Mode', I ticked the box: "run this program in compatibility mode for:"
and choose 'Windows Server 2008 (Service Pack 1)'. He ran as administrator and it works. He freakin ' works...

  • First CC/Nvidia card - could not find capable video game modules

I just bought a new laptop Toshiba Qosmio x 75 with a 770 M Intel HD 4600 Graphics and Nvidia graphics card.

    Data sheet:

    • 8.1 Windows x 64
    • Intel i7-4700MQ 2.4 GHz
    • 16 GB of Ram
    • 2 500 GB @ 7200 RPM SATA

I have CS5 and wanted to use first CC. downloaded PPCC compared to clouds and open a few books on CS5 a few time s. Had to add card for laptop for the best card CUDA faster to be recognized and everything was fine. a few reboots later I received an error "Unable to find capable video game modules" and were not able to open PPCC since. He stops on Vignette.aex.

Opening first CC was obviously using the map intel, I have tried to use the Nvidia card so I assigned the best 3GB memory card to the MCCP. I could open some time after.

    I tried:

    • CC PD uninstalled and installed several times.
    • Uninstalled and installed 770 M Nvidia driver several times. 770 M driver updated several times.
    • changed to 'use as administrator'
    • GeForce GTX 770Mcards adding"this should be done from AFX and other programs. It was recognized even in first so that I could always open the program (before the boot error)
    • tried to change the "compatibility" in previous versions of Windows (found some corrections on adobe threads)

    • "User profile-name" in "Documents/Adobe/PremierPro/Profile' compensation

I have read around forums Adobe, searched google and you tube, and it is a problem that is underway. I have not been able to find a definitive answer from adobe or anyone else.  Seems people are just throwing ideas out there and some work and some never get their determination of the question and give up. This does not help me solve the problem and I need a list of tasks that will help me to resolve this problem immediately, please.

I could never open the application by modifying settings or deleting and then reinstalling the software until I went back to a past point since before the issue of restoration. It works and has a few weeks. I think that the problem results from the Intel graphics card driver update. I have 2 graphics cards.

I wonder in this sense, since the restoration, but I don't do anything until I get this project. Too risky. Certainly a question that must be resolved with Adobe communicating CC equipped with part 3. John T Smith's right, I've seen several issued reported with two cards, but it's hard to say having so many problems with CPU chart.
