  I'm using Premiere Pro CS6. I just created a new custom sequence (1:1 in square pixels, 720 x 480) because I need to import a bunch of video clips in 720 x 480 with square too many pixels. All is well, the videos fit the program monitor window perfectly.

  But when I import my pictures (which are as 720 x 480, resized and cropped by me personally to have this EXACT final size) they fill the monitor window of the program (leaving black borders!) and when I right click on their properties, I see that their format of pixels is 0.9091 and NOT 1.0 !

  Can you please suggest a way to prepare my photos so that their format of pixels is standard pixel-squares 1.0 ? (I use a program called ACDSee for batch pictures, as there are many of them). I don't want not to change the settings for the sequence to 0.9091, because then my video clips to adapt and to keep borders!

  Select all images in the trash, right-click, and select Edit > interpret footage...  Replace it BY square.

  check your directory program files adobe > first pro cs6 > first pro.exe file.

  (restart the cc app will probably also work.)

  I am a member today and I installed a few programs on my Mac. They all work fine 3rd Premiere Pro CS6 family. Adobe Application Manager reports to update but I can't find Premiere Pro CS6 anywhere in the Finder. I can see other programs installed under programs. Is someone can give me a hint where to look?   I solved this problem by cleaning Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 family with the cleaner of the Creative Suite from Adobe tool. Once I did, I reinstalled the spirit of the Adobe program manager programs.

  Hey everybody,

  I'm relatively new to Premiere Pro CS6 (gradually switching to Final Cut), so forgive me if there's any details miss me. I have real problems with getting the app to work, unfortunately.

  Here's the problem:

  I can create and save projects very well. Nothing is slow or appears bad. However, every time I want to import clips (in any parameter of project/sequence, or codec, as well as different types of clips from the camera), Premiere Pro instanty throws a message - immediately - to say:

  «I'm sorry, that a serious error has occurred which requires Adobe Premiere Pro stop.» We will try to save your current project".

  It is literally impossible around that, that I can tell. I tried all different types of clips, all the different import methods (for example drag / move, media browser, file > import), but nothing. It isn't even a matter of film - the same applies even if I just try to import images. Oddly, with grag and drop - method if it is a video clip, PP registers even how long the clip is, highlighting where the clip will insert - she normally would be - but then instantly crashes after abandonment and/or trying to read. This led to believe me (because I never saw a single visual image in Premiere Pro) there could be a graphic bug - potentially something wrong with my system.

  For any help or suggestion would be received with gratitude. I have attached to the report of crash below and some features of my system.

  PS just Gunna do a full update of my Mac OS X to bring it up to 10.8.3. I doubt that this will fix the problem, but it's worth a shot, and if no bed I'll let you all know.

  Hey everyone just updated:

  I think I've solved the problem!

  No idea what it was, but it would either have been:

  (a) restart my MacBook (unlikely!)

  (b) update the firmware from Apple

  (c) update the Apple Retina Display update

  (d).. .the above all of that!

  He actually started to work before you go on 10.8.3, so not associated with OS X.

  In this case, my apologies for the long post - hope it helps everyone in the same situation in the future. Moral of the story: the Apple software update!

• Why no Encore CS6 installing Premiere Pro CS6?  Create discs!

  I agree with first Pro CC ($ 20 / mo).  I need to create DVD & Blu - Ray.  I see that subscribers complete creative cloud ($ 50 / month) can install diverted again CS6, by installing the first Pro CS6 (How do it again with first Pro CC?).  But I have tried (twice) and the party still does not installonly the Premiere Pro CS6 is installed.

  Why?  I'm guessing that Adobe screwed up, thinking that they should allow only allow 'other' installs the Adobe application for full CC subscribers ($ 50 / mo).  But Encore CS6 must install for me.  Part of the subset of the Premiere Pro software.  (Adobe simply still prematurely dropped in CC.)  Paying subscribers first Pro cc expected to have access to CS6 again through their Office CC App

  Premiere Pro is pretty much useless without disc authoring software.  So what am I paying for?  Don't sell me PrP for $20 / mo, then hold content hostage published for another $30 / mo just to be able to author to discs!  Discs remain the only reliable way to distribute content to a diverse group of consumers.  What good is first Pro CC if the edited product cannot be distributed reliably?

  (In theory, I could use Pinnacle or other amateur for creation of CD-ROM software, but I'd rather not;) "I have too much doubt as to the effect on the quality of the image of past experience).

  P.S., I'm doubly sure that Encore CS6 is not install because not only Windows (10) cannot fail to find it in the program search (I can't find it in the manual runs my programs either), but when I go to uninstall Premiere Pro CS6 (in the application of the CC), it does not have check boxes to uninstall the two PrP & again as it is supposed (according to different positions Web on it).  There is no checkbox at all; It just goes right by uninstalling the software.  Oh and of course she also does not appear in the list of my CC desktop app from installed programs.

  Start screen appears fine, loads everything up, I get to the screen "new project, open a project, help", but as soon as I click on any button, even out, it gives me the error "sorry, a serious error has occurred that requires Adobe Premiere Pro to stop." We will try to save your current project"then crashes the program out completely.

  There seems to be errors in the log files, adobe creates, I uninstalled and reinstalled and checked that the program is perfectly up-to-date. I tried to remove preferences (and the shift + alt thing) but without any result.

  I also played with the permissions on various files, rename the cache files so that they are recreated etc. such as the SLStore file.

  I can get it to load 1 in about 40 attempts by playing with changes, but the changes that I never seem to be permanent workaround. At one point, I thought I had found a workaround solution by removing the 'Adobe' appdata roaming folder, I got the program to load 3 times in a row what to do, but now that she won't fix.   Hi badddogusa,

  Head over to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\PProHeadless and 6.0 and rename it old6.0. Reboot the machine and then launch the product. I hope this helps.

• Use/space problem of hard disk with Premiere Pro CS6 trial

  A few days ago, I installed Premiere Pro CS6 test on my C:\ drive (about 9 GB of free space 2 or 3 GB is required for installation). So it seems that some temporary files are still somewhere (even if all my other temporary settings as of Windows Temp folder are also located at D :).

  I'm getting a bit tired now, because there is no transparacy in that first made during installation, and why, after uninstall, there are still about 5 GB on my precious space SSD

  I have install Adobe CS6 Master Suite. All the other programs I ran into this suite very well work.   I tried to install an earlier version of the Adobe Suite (CS5) after using the Adobe tool to clean all my system facilities. I met the same problem, I've never seen with this version. So, I guess it was something wrong with Windows. I was going to return my PC to its factory settings, but decided to first update to Windows 10. The update corrects the problem. Thus, there was apparently a problem with the installation of Windows, or possibly a program that changed the Windows somehow he couldn't run Adobe Premiere Pro. In any case, I am using it without problem with creating for a few days now, so the problem seems to be resolved. Thanks John Smith, to try to help me to troubleshoot this problem.   Premiere Pro CS6 needs a 64 bit OS to run. As long as you have a 64 bit installed OS, you should be able to run Premiere Pro CS6. If the creative application cloud shows Premiere Pro CS6 as up to Date and has not Open next option is an indication that you have a 32 bit OS installed on your computer.
