  First (and easiest) is a reboot or a forced reboot:

  'Mistakes' to registry damage or delays (they aren't even mistakes, just unnecessary or unused registry keys). You just ignore them.

  If you really want to remove them, CCleaner is the best avalible http://download.cnet.com/ccleaner/?tag=mncolprogram and will be able to take them off easily.
