  I recently inherited a CQ 62 that was previously possessed, but not in the loving way.  During the repair, I had to replace the hard drive.  The problem is that I can't get into the BIOS or any type of start menu to install a new OS.  When I try an administrator password I know NOT and I have not coordinated to the previous owner, after that three attempts it tells me an error message and displays the number of 53877439.  Any help out there?
