  Hi Neil,

  Right-click on the user presets in the Panel of Presets in develop module, and then choose Import > navigate to the location where are stored the your presets > select the .lrtemplate files to import.

• Black image to develop the module during the use of acceleration GPU on Macbook Pro

  Since the update of Lightroom 6.6, I was see the "bug of the black image" to develop the module still very frequently.

  Basically, 1/3 of my photos appear black when you view in the develop module.

  If I select 'View', 'Before', the original is displayed correctly, when switching to "After" it becomes black. Even in mode split the side "Before" picture, the side is 'After' is black.

  If I play with some settings and select 'Auto' the image appears correctly again.

  If I disable GPU acceleration, then all images are displayed correctly, but I would use the GPU acceleration.

  Any ideas how to fix?

  Is there some sort of connection that I could activate that help you solve the bug?

  The issue will be probably set with 6.6.1 or 6.7 - when - knows only Adobe.

  Until then your solution is to disable the GPU acceleration or roll back to 6.5.1. Are you using a 4 k or more display? If this isn't the case, I guess you don't see no gain in performance in any case, don't you?

  Just replace 6.1.1 by 6.5.1.

  Make a lot of assumptions here...

  Keyboards only I know who have numbers/symbols on the letter keys would be a laptop or netbook without a numeric keypad.  Assuming that this is the case, the most likely cause is that you have the 'digital Locks' active.  To return to a regular keyboard, you must disable the NumLocks.  On a laptop, how to do varies from a Builder (in other words, if that doesn't work, download or consult the manual of your computer)... but usually this is done by pressing the "FN" key at the bottom of the keyboard while pressing the 'Num Lock' key, which is usually on the box at the top right of the keyboard.

  I wanted to say thanks for trying to help figure this point. Believe it or not, it turns out that the culprit was the keyboard itself. Option key was fried. Go figure.

• How can I set up the filter to camera model to develop the module?

  I often shoot with 2 cameras to change lenses PIF save. However, after I downloaded my images in LR3 and switch on the 'Development' module, the images are mixed up (I guess they are ordered by time). How can I filter them by camera model in the strip of the image at the base of the module?

  Also, how the option "Device Info" filter? And can it be resolved?

  In the library, Panel filter, filter by a camera and save it as a filter preset. Then repeat for the other camera. These filters will be available to develop, etc.

  Since the update to lighroom 3 using a MacPro under Snow Leopard I seem to miss all of the "basic" settings on my development module namely balance exposure, white etc.  All the other settings setting are there.  No idea how to solve this problem?

  Press cmd + 1 or do a right-click on one of the development headers that are there and check Basic.

  I upgraded from LR4.4 to 6, but had made a stop at 5.7 on the way. I have improved the catalog to v5.  Now in LR6, that I bought at the end of the day, photos in the develop module are corrupt. I can see them but are mainly grey with a few colourful highlights. Don't know if it's a question of catalog or how to fix. All files seem to be affected!

  Please turn off the graphics processor in the Lightroom preferences.

  Open Lightroom

  Go to Lightroom preferences in the Edit menu

  Click the performance tab

  Deselect the graphics processor

  Restart Lightroom
