  Ironically, if I'm going by sending to the printer and then save to PDF it works!

  The application from HP for your printer is not compatible with El Capitan, so the output files incorrectly recorded.

  In the Hewlett-Packard folder move HP Scan to the trash and empty it.

• Photosmart 7515 adds lines from bottom of the scanned image

  My photosmart 7515 started just add a line double about 2 inches from the left edge of all of the scanned images. NO modification of the system that I am aware. Prins computer or internet as usual. Any ideas?

• Part of the image appears in the scanned image

  I have an officejet 6600 all-in-one printer.  Lately, whenever I try to scan the image is cut off.  Only a small part of the document appears in the final image.  The content is visible on the scanned image is in the lower right of the scanning space.  Please tell us what the steps should I take to solve this problem.  Thank you

  I see you are trying to scan documents using your HP Officejet 6600, how ever you getting only a very small part of the analysis. What happens when you try to make a copy, the entire page produce on the copy?

  If the HP software, make sure that the scan size is set to sweep the area.

  This problem has been fixed in the latest update to animate CC.

  You can upgrade to animate CC 15.1.0.1.13 creative use of cloud App or via the Help menu > updates.

  If you make any changes to the location of the preview display, you can just replace the class ".folio-inch" to what the class (or id) is the element that you are wanting to render the preview in.

  We use the Oracle DICOM adapter for logging objects DICOM at the Complutense University of MADRID. A thumbnail preview is automatically generated at the time of the recording. A link to this vignette is located in the 'Site Web' tag in the info for the DICOM object content. Are there services that can retrieve the thumbnail image for a given contentID (contents of the DICOM object ID)?

  I can't guarantee the service GET_THUMBNAIL. I couldn't find any documentation about it, but there isn't.

  Are you sure your thumbnail is not a @t ~ 1 or something similar at the end of the file name, but before the extension? It's the WCC typical syntax, but DAM can change that if you create your own miniature named rendition. (the # is the revision number of the ddocname).

  If your url looks like those you've posted, it seems that the tile is rendered alternative or web viewable. You should be able to easily use the service GET_FILE, but with an additional parameter of restitution = Web at the end:

• How to lighten the background of the text on the scanned image

  I scanned a scanned several documents of text of the microfiche. It was recommended that I use the option of scanning in grayscale rather than black and white, so that's what I used. The text out of the night, but the background is gray makes it difficult to read the text. I scanned the images in jpg format, but I could Reanalyze them in png or tiff. I want to know if there is a way to change the background of the gray to white to make the text more readable.

  Add a levels adjustment layer. In the properties of the levels histogram is probably look strange, but if you see a spike with nothing on the right, set the cursor to highlight it. Now move the slider shadows to the right, so that all three sliders will be bundled together.

• Impossible to find number on the scanned image

  Hello I am trying to solve a problem affecting my work place.  We would be happy to scan a document and be able to search for a specific number on that document.  Unfortunately, when we seek on the scanned .pdf, it will not locate the number.  It is a carbon copy but the number is clear to me, and I'm not sure about what all I can do to improve the search results.  I optimized the document and tried darkening and changing the ration of the document at the place where I am it scanning.  If there is someone who has ideas on how to do it I would be very happy.

  When I scan the document make sure you scan to a good resolution. For example, 300 dpi should be enough for a high quality grayscale document. With bad original documents sometimes nothing you can do that you will get a decent scan that is suitable for OCR. One of the ancient stuff was to scan the document with a xerox machine and then try a new analysis of this document.

  Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to edit an image scanned with the text on the subject. I want to replace/remove/change the text on my scanned image but I want it to be the exact same font and size and color. Color should be easy enough. But how can I do other things? Also, is there a way to simply copy the bottom of my scanned image and get rid of all the other stuff on it? Thanks to all who help.

  If the site does not recognize fonts, you may be able to illuminate the background.  You can use Image - adjust - curves both illuminate the background and obscure the text, end up with something like this:

  

  But you don't really have to go to WhatTheFont.com for this one...  It's pretty clear the font Arial Windows (I recognized immediately)...  Looks to be about 20 points in size.  You can either use the variant "BOLD" to the police, or the fake fat Photoshop character Panel feature which seems to be a closer match:

• the images show black with red and blue sections on importation

  Newly installed 5 Lightroom on new computer (HP ZBook with 4 k screen).  When the files are imported from SD card on the display main and previews images are mostly black with some red and blue areas.  I tried disabling autotone and indicators of clipping and tried disabling GPU and the changing screen resolution - nothing helped.  I can see histogram and use the sliders to change the picture a bit, but can "lead to normal. The same images of this SD card are fine in Lightroom on my old computer.

  What can I do to fix this?

  This looks like a bad monitor profile. You must re - calibrate your monitor. If you do not have a calibrator, go to the properties of your monitor (it looks like the right of windows) and remove any profile associated with the parser. That do Windows will take your monitor is sRGB. This should solve the immediate problem, but it is always recommended that you calibrate your monitor with hardware calibration.

• BUG - rotation of the default image on iOS with AIR SDK 16.0.0.250

  I just changed AIR SDK 16.0.0.250. Everything was good except a very strange problem with the default pictures on iOS devices.

  My application runs in landscape mode. In my application, I got the default images that appear during the application loading phase.

  When the application starts, first of all by default the image correctly, only for a very short time, I see default image rotates 90 degrees and adjusted to fill the screen, then disappears and the application is loading.

  It's very strange, so I want to know if anyone else knows how to handle this problem and what could the source of it? Some info that might help: Application descriptor:

  So, to me, that looks like a bug in the AIR SDK 16.0.0.250, on AIR SDK 15. XXX everything was fine.

  I logged this as a bug, a few days ago, and today update of AIR 16 shows what he listed as a known issue. So hopefully it will get fixed.
