Previews of notifications

Hi all

I use instant previews of notifications and when to use setIconUrl nothing to display as follows:

With the help of access_notify_settings_control and access_shared in the file of the bar - descriptor.xml but the same problem.

setIconUrl(QUrl("asset:///images/notification.png"));

You must set the active such as public in your file of bar - descriptor.xml.  Do that opens up, click the active tab and change the drop-down list Public from false to true.

Being that once you can access to the public folder in the sandbox sandbox of your application as follows:

    You can't just the sender and the subject see Preview email.  Left Apple dropped the ball on this.  On what we can do is complain via their usefulness of Feedback on the site and hope that they give back what was the best feature.

    An email notification on a lock screen should be to have an overview of what is happening, with a small detail - if wanted... not to an electronic full to drop in on my lock screen and crowd out other notifications that could very well be more important.

    This is absurd.

    I can see why it is important to be able to see your notifications completely when they arrive and I'll be more than happy to help resolve this.

    On your Mac, in the upper left corner, select the Apple logo and select System Preferences. Once here, select Notifications, then you should see listed Facebook. Click on Facebook and then make sure that the alert style is set to "alerts." This should now give you an overview of what talk notification.

  • SMS preview missing in the notification bar.

    I recently did the 5.1 update and followed with a factory reset in order to get a clean install. Everything runs smoothly until out of the SMS preview. Before my changes, I could read a text message, one line at a time as a glimpse into the notification bar. I must have missed something or been more cautious when faced with fresh settings I get is more that.

    Any ideas?

    In Lollipop, this has been changed. When you receive a text message and you use the pre-installed mail application, only the messaging icon will appear in your notification field and no floating text / scrolling as in the previous software. Unfortunately, I am not aware of all the 3rd party apps that have this kind of functionality, but there could be some app via Google game there.

    I wonder if it is possible to add a text entry for quick answers to instant preview, as BBM notifications and Messages. I have not found anything in the API, but it would be really sad if such feature would not be exposed to the public.

    You can of course do it for your own application then I suspect that you ask to substitute other apps as far as I KNOW is not possible.

  • Get notifications on my watch for app removed

    For my iPhone 6 s and look, I used an application called team Stream by Bleacher report. I chose the preference "not not mirror iPhone" do not get notifications on my watch, but stay get them on the iPhone. However, notifications continue on my watch.     I got a new Apple Watch Sunday and it synced with my iPhone.

    The problem is that even after disabling notifications soft in ' my watch > Notifications > alerts iPhone mirror > slack ' I always get these notifications on the watch.

    It is very annoying because I get a lot of notifications. I tried the following:

    * Uninstall slack from the phone and reinstall

    * Re-enable and turn off again in the application of the watch on the phone

    I don't really know what to do next unfortunately.

  • 10.2 IOS since the installation of iOS 10 Mail no sound nor give any notification.

    If I understand your message that you do not receive notifications or alerts for new emails until you open the messaging application and the new emails are loaded. I know how it is important for you to be able to be notified in time without having to open the application itself anytime. The following steps will help to ensure that everything is configured correctly for you to receive your e-mail notifications:

    1. tap on settings > mail > accounts.
    2. type the new data.
    3. is that sure Push is enabled.
    4. tap on your account email address and make sure that Fetch is selected.
    5. tap on the new data in the upper left corner.
    6. scroll down and make sure that Fetch is set to every 15 Minutes, every 30 Minutes or every hour.

    With the iOS more fresh update just a few unwanted improvements. One of them is as big as necessary tiles appearing under the heading notification Center especially for email. It appears so sender and mail body while giving no control over the size of the tile. These are overgrown for some ppl like me still using 5s (as IS) and of course more information required showing on the screens of the lock. While the improvement might be nice for some, a control for the user to decide how much should be shown would be great. Anyone feel the same?

    I understand that after updating to iOS 10, you see more of notifications provided for your mail. I know it's important to maximize your screen real estate, so I'm happy to help you.

    In order to always see your notifications, but reduce the amount of space they occupy, is perhaps a good option to disable previews. Here's how you can do this:

    1. Open settings > Notifications
    2. Go to the post office
    3. Select the mailbox you want to edit
    4. Deselect "show previews.

    You can also change line items to not show as much detail when you receive a notification, and when you look at your e-mails in the Mail application.

    In iOS 10, each email appears in the Notification Center with a large amount of detail/lines.  Is there a way to configure notifications to display only the subject and sender of new emails, or otherwise reduce the level of detail?  I would rather see less detail in the Notification Center, unless I press article for more details.

    Thanks for this info and choosing the communities Support from Apple. I know how important is able to customize how your email will appear in the Notification Center is for you! The good news is that these steps will be useful for your problem, you can go to settings > mail > overview and change for lines 1 or 2, depending on your personal preferences.

    A few months ago, when I received notifications from Facebook messages, I could see a small preview of the messages, just like I do on my phone. Suddenly, this nice little feature not showing, and notifications becomes rather 'you have a new message.

    You can change your notifications for Safari and Facebook in system preferences > Notifications.

    I use Iphone 6plus. I have a problem. I searched the internet but I couldn't find any solution.

    My problem on the privacy of messages setting. When I receive a message from a friend, I would like to see reviews on my lock screen without name, identification only as a message label.

    So I would like to see on my lock message notification however if someone to sit with me I don't want to learn screen who sent me a message.

    Hi, if you want to disable the preview of the Message on the lock screen so that people cannot see what someone is texting you, you can do so by going to

    Settings-> Notification-> Messages-> Show Previews-> OFF.

    By doing this, you will not be able to see the message that you receive on the lock screen, it will look like the screenshot below.

  • Menu start cannot open or pane of Notification after system restore

    I think I might have discovered what caused my problem with opening the menu start before. I had an operation system restore and now cannot open the start menu or the notification pane. I tried to cancel the system restore, but that did not help. Does anyone know how to fix this without using the Windows restore feature? I tried editing the registry found here, but it did not work. The haptic feedback that happens by pressing the soft Windows button on the front of the computer worked again (because it is not this worthless), but the start menu still does not open.
