Previously, I used the trial version that has expired, so I bought the software. However, it not register that I am now part and repeat myself that my free trial has expired.
What should I do?
Download the cc desktop application and connect with the adobe id to subscribe: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | CC free trial Adobe
If you still see this problem, uninstall your trial version and installation using the cc desktop application.

I just bought a new Mac and migrated my CS6 on. Now, when I open it, I said that I am under a trial of the cloud. Why can I not use my CS6 version that I bought? I don't want to pay for something I already bought.

A device driver has notified the operating system that the device failed.
Run the diagnostic tool of hardware devices do not work or are not detected in Windows on the Microsoft Fix it Center.

I had a lot of difficulties recently after the installation of the CC 2105 - which I didn't.
I had to darn well all remove, then reinstall and all my settings were lost - despite specifying that I needed.
I have quoted me a page that does not give me the correct information on the CS6 restoration.
Currently, the acrobat program I have is total xxxx and has been for weeks.
I don't have time to continue to try to do things to work as changes to adobe.
Today I planned some time to export a bunch of files with Bridge, however, and here, fuction of export is no longer available in the version I have--well, it's a great way of really & & & & & someone immediately.
What I would like is a simple link to a Web page that allows me to re-download apps CS6. Please don't tell me that these are available in previous via CC versions because they are not.
I don't want the last acrobat and I want to be able to use the bridge in the way I want - I don't want to use photoshop for this purpose.

Since the last refresh of my payment for Adobe enjoy cloud data, I was not able to use the software, not Eve open one of the applications, even the payment has been made and saved to my banck account. I have been a month without service and I've not found a way to communicate directly with any responsible for Adpbe, nor received any satisfactory support of any kind. How can solve this problem? Is it possible to have a personal contact to have a personal support, instead of a jungle of pages on the web that will lead you to more of the same pages?
The CC is waiting for bank payment, if payment is declined then CC will be suspended.

Here's the point: my credit card is unsueable so Adobe can't receive money, and I need more two weeks to receive another card.

I have a VBA application that fills the data in an Acrobat form. Do I have to distribute a complete Acrobat on each machine that uses this application (it will be disastrous) or is there a way I can use the software Acrobat reader only. I use the next AcroExch.App and AcroExch.PDDoc object to the form. I hope there's a distribution object, I can use the full application and not because I don't want users to have access to forms and to keep the cost down.

I use a Mac. I "upgraded" to of LR4 LR5. I don't want to be a member of the "creative cloud." I just want to use the software that I bought, more precisely to load on my SmugMug account. Is it possible to use an add-on for this? Opening and LR4 were easy, but I think it's impossible without subscribing to CC.

If this is the case, this isn't an obligation to subscribe to the CC, but just a completely - a free Adobe ID, email and a password which can identify you.
