• El Capitan is that unstable?

  I was 'tempted' upgrade to El Capitan.

  I clean my hard drive (external/internal) and want to see if the update is worth.

  I tried to get the media on my computer center and eventually install a new windows, I have since converted to the original version has my computer and now I can't open laptop settings.
