  I configured the two databases using DBCA. At the end I save scripts (not create database) and run the shell script.
  The databases are running.
  
  I tried to delete a database using DBCA, but option delete a database (and also "set up the Option database") are not available, they are grey.
  
  What is the problem? What should I do to get the opportunity to delte the two DBCA databases?

  DBCA reads the ORATAB UNIX file to determine which databases exist to be deleted (and DBUA did the same thing to determine which databases are to be upgraded). Most likely the ORATAB file contains no entry without comment for your database.

  Sorry - NO - if the BIOS or UEFI menus do not provide the ability to select a USB key to start, there is no way to add this option.  It must be hard-coded in the firmware first.

It is no problem, Advanced Start menu opens, and then its saying to select "Repair computer". That's the question, 'repair your computer' is not where to find them. I tried several times to contact Dell about this issue. They tell me when I chat online to call, when I call they want to charge me for technical support because my laptop is out of warranty. Please help, I need to have my laptop works properly again for work or school.

  I don't think.

  The problem is with the BIOS/chipset

  Unless the PCI controller has its own BIOS where you can set it to AHCI, so no, it wouldn't make any difference on what you have now.

• Navigate in the Mini Bridge is not available under the file Menu in Photoshop CC

  Recently installed CC Bridge and Photoshop CC in the Windows 7 environment. "Browse in Mini Bridge" option is not available in the file menu. I reinstalled bridge CC, rebooted, yatta yatta, but no option of Mini Bridge. Any ideas how to make so that it can install/come?

I was able to add the printer to my Printers & Scanners using the IP address of the printer dialog. The work of connection to printer and I am able to print.
