Printer does not print photos

The printer is a Photosmart C5180. I just moved and reconnected my system. Now the printer will not print photos. I'm going to the State of the printer and it shows the order for print and says it's printing but the printer does not respond. It print documents, just no pictures. Also, when I say the printer window state to remove the print order photo it says it is deleting, but it doesn't.

What operating system? You print photos from which program?

Running the diagnostics to http://www.hp.com/go/tools can help solve the problem.

  • Lightroom does not import photos from camera or office. I can see them in the section overview of Lightroom, but when I click on import, said simply that they cannot be read.  Help!

Lightroom does not allow me to import pictures from my camera or my office. They appear in the preview of little Lightroom and I select the ones I want to import, and then add my info etc and manipulation of files metadata, but then when I hit just IMPORT keeps saying that they cannot be read.  SO FRUSTRATING.

To change the permissions on a folder, click the padlock icon in the corner of the info box. You will be asked your admin username and password (can be the same as yours if you are the only user on the computer). Then, you will be able to change permissions.

But I agree that user is not the real destination folder. To be sure, right-click on the destination in Lightroom and then choose 'Show in Finder' get info on this issue.

  • PSC 2175 does not feed photo paper along the

I'm reposting this since it's day of HP experts.

I'm having a recurring problem with my HP psc 2175 all-in-one. When I insert any sort of thicker paper in it, it prints fine up until the last 4/5 or so of the page. Then it gets stuck and no paper feed send all further. It starts the drop of ink on itself, creating a dark band. When it's over, I have to draw on paper. At the moment I'm having the problem with Kodak Premium Photo Paper. I had the same problem before with card stock. In all cases, I make sure to set the paper type in the Preferences dialog box before you print it. What can I do? This printer is old enough, and I hope that this is not done for!

Please check whether your paper meets the requirements of your unit, you can check out HERE. Scroll down to the paper form to see if your paper is supported. You can also try cleaning the collection of paper rolls if yu can reach with a damp cloth, please make sure that the device is not connected to the power outlet when you do and allowing to dry enough before connecting again.

  • HP eprint app does not detect photos on iPad

    Hello

I have the HP eprint app on my ipad. I went to print a photo that I took on the ipad today, however, when I went for this app asked if he could access the camera or something like that. I wanted to press ok, however, I clicked do not allow. So when I went to print the image using the application and pressing the button photo in it no pictures not found. I deleted the app and reinstalled two times, but still no pictures are presented when I use the app to print a photo. Can you please help. I can print from the web always.

Go to settings on the iPad, then go to Privacy, once in this menu, go to Photos. There you should find a list of applications that can have access to your photos. Make sure HP ePrint power toggle is set , then go back into the app and check the availability of the photo. If this is not the case it toggle the button off then back on and power cycle the unit and try again. I hope this helps.
