Printer error MSGE to replace ink Cart

I get an error message on the printer to replace the blue ink cartridge.  I replaced but get the same error message. My printer HP Officejet Pro 8500 A909g Wireless use Windows 7 64-bit

You may want to clean the printhead contacts to remove dried ink or debris that could cause a connectivity problem between the print head and of the cartridge. There is a guide on how to do this in the link below:

    It seems that there might be a power supply problem or there might be a hardware malfunction. Please, try the following steps to see if we can solve the problem.

    Try the steps in the order presented:

    • Unplug the USB cable.
    • Let the printer and disconnect the printer cable and the wall socket for 60 seconds.
    • Reconnect the power cable to the output of the printer and the wall, and not a surge protector. This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.
    • Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet (do not use a hub or a surge protector). This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

    I can't print my screen says replace 940 black basket.   I replaced it and the error will not go away.  I tried the power switch off and clean the print heads, but I get the same message and could not print or clean the heads.   Any suggestions before I have another new try/waste carriage?   Thank you.

    I have the HP Photosmart D110 printer.

    I tried to print from yesterday, but all of a sudden my printer gave me the incompatiable ink cartridge error message. But the ink is good. I bought the new ink 2 weeks ago and have been using it without problem until yesterday.

    I did everything I could do to try to solve this problem. I took out the cartridges and it is the black cartridge which gives me the problem. It prints with color as the... back but if my black cartridge is where I get the error message.

    I even took the cartridges and clean and everything. But nothing I seeme don't work. Please help me!

    Middle yellow document pali and ceased print on my Officejet printer 8500 first. The ink cartridge is full and I tried a new cartridge. I tried to clean the print heads with no result. When I tried to align the print heads I have an error message "align the failure." There is no change of any kind.

    I had previously tried everything listed in the proposed link without result. I replaced the printhead and it solved the problem.

    Whenever I turn on the screen come from my printer error 0xb04020a error code I tried it turning on and off, but nhappens else happens.

    I would try to replace the ink that could be causing the problem.   If this does not resolve the issue I would contact Hp support.  If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer without cost to you.     My printer (HP Photosmart Premium All in one C309a) worked well and the ink levels were low on all 5 cartridges. So I replaced all 5 cartridges, and the printer no longer works. It tries to print and made creaking noises and the general printer error 0x61011beb is displayed on the printer screen. There is no jam or something obvious that can cause a deadlock. Has anyone had or even better solved these problems? Help

    Thanks for your help, but it has not solved the problem. I think by the sound of what happens when the error occurs, it might need a service or maybe a replacing as it's getting pretty old.

    It may seem like a lot to cover, but it goes pretty quickly.
