  I'm glad that fixed the problem...  Now, go to the website and download the latest driver for your printer and operating system for PC.   This will give you updates for the printer driver.

  Do you know how to upgrade your driver by using the Properties menu on the screen of the printer driver.   I work with Laser printers and is on the tab advanced for Laser printers.  There is a button, the new driver on this screen.   You just browse your computer and it point to the new driver's record or file.

  Unfortunately, you can't. Design mode is only an "orientation" POV. Test on the browser or use Live View to see how it will really look like.

  If your printer has a paper jam and will not be online, it's probably a hardware failure.  You will need to contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician to fix the printer.  Make sure that you have turned off for several minutes at least, uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and disabled the print queue.  But if the printer itself is offline, none of these things will help because it is the printer itself that had failed.
