Printer problems connects to the laptop

Hi I just bought a new Epson XP320, and I get an error message saying "printer not responding" or "cannot find the printer."

I had this problem with the previous one printer Canon and the store offered me a refund or a new printer, I chose the new printer (different brand) and now have the same issue.

What is the Apple mac? I'm under El Capitan 10.11

It seems to work very well then stops halfway through a job and sometimes not even start a job?
